Anyone have any thoughts about MRN's new shareholders? David Medlock, boss of Sitec, a privately-owned engineering recruitment firm, has taken a 6.2% stake. Given that the Morson family own 45% of their company, there is no chance of a hostile bid. So what is Medlock up to?

Have a look the chart - I have never seen such a tight bollinger band - this bottle neck normally means a extremely large move either way if it breaks above or below.

What is perplexing is the Macd is in a steady upward trend and we have a rising RSI both without a rise in the share price If this breaks above the bollinger buy big imo.

I've no special knowledge here, but to me it looks like they weren't happy with Brewin Dolphin Brokers moving to NPlus1 and have made a change. But, they still had to declare the earlier name change. Similar thing happened with a lot of my holdings recently with Arbuthnot becoming Westhouse.

What on earth is going on here ? They appointed N+1 Brewin as Nomad and Broker a month ago and now change to WH Ireland a month later and the results have been delayed from the date given in the trading update just a month before

Trading in line with expectation although at the lower end.

Expense higher that expected due to overseas expansion in a depressed period.

Not good, but not seemingly serious ...

Market dislikes uncertainty and punishes the stock, a good time to buy maybe, but not that many buyers due to uncertainty.
