US listing down 11.5 percent. This should be interesting tomorrow. I wonder how much further they are going to let this fall before reassuring shareholders via an rns that there is nothing wrong here. The US listing has nearly halved in value from when it first listed, what a great success that has been. All the dual listing has done is completely destabilise the stock.

Such tiny volume though - when it does bounce it is going to be impressive IMO.

The problem is quite simple, there is a major seller in the US line ( probably someone being stopped out from the total bulls up with the confusion on the merger )and until this is dealt with the share price collapse will continue. Maybe if someone at the company had a brain they would find the seller and take him out. Until that happens the share price will continue to collapse and there is no bottom on this.

Midatech (AIM: MTPH), the international specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercialising products in oncology and other therapeutic areas, announces that today, 18 December 2015, Jim Phillips, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 960 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 204 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Phillips' direct beneficial interest in the Company is 36,871 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11% of the Company's total issued share capital.

They could well be in a closed period though tools with further news pending.

The trading update in Q1 should make very interesting reading.

I am peeved with the share price and their investor relations, but I am not peeved with their strategy and the execution of it.

House broker increased target from 420p to 476p on the back of todays news.

Revenue should increase massively thanks to the Dara buy and the new acquisition.

Very poor toolsmoker. I am not expecting any inside information, a response saying that they only make comments to the market via official channels would do.

No response whatsoever is pretty shocking.

I think it is now seriously undervalued. Better volume in the US so hopefully weak sellers being flushed and some new buyers coming in.

Shame he don't buy he's own stock dell I'm giving him till Monday then they will feel my wrath still peeved with this dara acquisition and how bad that's gone they could at least show investors some confidence by putting there money where there mouth is
