Midatech Pharma (LON:MTPH) chief executive Jim Phillips reveals the group has 15 projects underway and that it plans to launch a new product every year starting two to three years from now. “We want to build the next big company from out of the UK,” he told Proactive Investors. “I am here for the long-term, I want to take this company to being valued at at least three billion.”

Woodford put in £15m and now has 20% of Midatech. In order to get him on board the company was prepared to lower their price to substantially below the last fund raising price as a private company. It's a real snip at these levels.
