I'll buy US if they are less than UK when I get funds in just over a week Toolsmoker. I have a feeling the arbs will have brought at least parity by then though so I will buy UK if so.

I also think the Nasdaq listing will do us favours in the medium to long term by providing opportunities for more buyers.

We mustn't forget that this company has some cracking technology in development and a really strong flow of news over the next 12-18 months.

Yup a debacle, but a buying opportunity I reckon as there certainly does not appear to be anything wrong with the company.

Plus I think the Dara buy was a good one strategically for the company.

Some powerful news due in Q1 2016.

I think you will find that this is short term instability caused by the in my opinion terrible job midatech and there advisers have done with this merger. No one has been able to work out what has gone on with regards to conversion ratios and fungibility between the two lines of stock and I think a few have been forced out of positions due to that. Couple that with an illiquid stock like this and its a recipe for disaster. When the dust settles I expect this to be 260 plus again before starting a move higher. Imho.

I think midatech directors should be buying there stock if they have faith I'll wait and see over next few days or I will be calling the company .newly floated and down 20% in 2 days It's an embarrassment

So, begins trading today on Nasdaq under the ticker of MTP.

Not sure what kind of volume we will see. Dara didn't trade too well.

But, moving forward, and with short term news hinted at in the video posted recently I am expecting good things for this stock....
