Mondas has finally got its act together and seems well placed for sustained growth moving into 2007. Could be on a tip sheet come the New Year. Shareholders investment may start to pay off now the management have control.

Wishing all a very enjoyable Christmas.

Stock situation is comparatively short again with only one seller still in the market. However this seller seems to have lost the determination shown previously and may stay in the stock after all. At least for the moment. This bodes well for MDS over the holiday season.

i was thinking that last week when the cfo transferred his shares, so looked it up and...

Dealing in Company's Securities during Close Period Neither directors nor applicable employees (employees who have a holding of 0.5% or more of the Company's securities or those employees who are likely to be in possession of unpublished price sensitive information) may deal in any of the Company's securities during a close period. A close period means the period of two months preceding the publication of the Company's annual results and any other period when The Company is in possession of unpublished price sensitive information.

so, perhaps we aren't planning on publishing any results until the share price is well north of where it is at present!

Perhaps with possible contract news awaiting in the wings, Mr Waller could look to be using insider info with regards to a big purchase. However, the timing & amount do seem some what strange. There again, when has mds, or those connected with them ever followed the norm. Merry Xmas to you all.
P.S. Enjoy a drink, but don't drive. My county have been set a target of 35,000 breath tests pre-xmas,evenings & mornings!.

nice to know that we've got the last of the big spenders as chairman...

The Company has been notified that Peter Waller, non-executive chairman, has
today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at 16.5p each, equivalent to 0.03 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Waller is now beneficially
interested in 118,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.32 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Momentum building again. Looks like we are in for some good news soon. Is it time for a rise?

Mari Time is always there or there abouts with his/her timely posts. The company are clearly confident and the underlying mood of shareholders is rising. It has taken some considerable time for Mondas to start the process of solid progress.

Maybe once it has sunk in that Mondas is a profitable company with a real chance of serious success we may get a decent upgrade and more interested shareholders. Roll on 2007!

Happy Christmas to all on this BB

Bakunin,

I agree a profits warning is still, theorectically at least, possible.

At the end Sept they said "However, the board believes that the company will trade in line with market expectations and the directors view the future with optimism"

This was repeated at the AGM a month ago. There is a mood of optimism at Mondas. I expect results to be "in line" with a solid story for 2007.

Contract wins now will mainly fall into 2007.

Fact we have not had a trading statement is a positive. No profit warnings so numbers "In the Bag"- Agree with Mollymolly Mondas overdue re-rating.

What a brilliant buy Blue Curve was.

I am expecting Blue Curve to have doubled their turnover in the last 12 months and up 40/50% in 2007 would be a mosdest target.

This is very profitable business now.
