P'raps Peter Waller might buy another 10,000 shares and put our price up 5p lol
Minimal director buying here certainly nothing like £80,000. MNS directors confident MDS directors not?

PTS also director buying says it all- Everyone but Mondas. Anyway where is that slipped order perhaps directors dreaming again?

Manpower Software - MNS - have been able to "do it" without a name change etc...

" Elsewhere, Manpower Software added 5-1/4 pence at 44-1/2 following news a
director has bought 200,000 shares in the company at 42 pence apiece."

P'raps MDS should learn how?

Andy

There has been a very active campaign running to promote the new and much stronger position MDS has built through 2006. When the market is given a taster for the business potentially available in 2007 MDS should flourish. The positive angle from the directors will undoubtedly flush out some buyers and could raise the S.P. The new name is a good move. I liked the concept.

sometimes i wonder whether mds is lacking in testicle squeezing ability when it comes to closing deals on caps.

looking at the progress of blue curve, there appears to be plenty of testicle squeezing ability.

any more thoughts on testicles?

That MDS deal shown above is, needless to say, a hoax in that it applies to MDS Inc & is for 615 mln used cash!

Still a bit beyond our reach.....old money or new!

Mds seems to be in the best position it has ever been in.
I'm convinced, added another 10K this pm.
On line limit to sell was greater than to buy, always a good sign.

Molly - did you notice the Pearson result comment on the strength of the Education sector?

noted, and means that our largest shareholder (the C shares) has effectively diluted down a little its port % in mds...

Conversion and redesignation of shares
Board composition

The Board of Foresight VCT plc announces that following approval at the EGM the
Ordinary Shares fund and C Shares fund have now merged.

The respective net asset values were calculated on 15 January 2007 at 56.03p per Ordinary Share and 81.43p per C Share, and the conversion ratio has therefore been calculated as 0.6880756. Ordinary Shareholders will therefore receive 0.6880756 C Shares for each Ordinary Share held at the close of business on 15 January 2007. Accordingly 14,791,348 Ordinary Shares were converted into 10,177,029 C Shares. Following this conversion there were in aggregate 45,153,120 C Shares in issue, which have now been redesignated as 45,153,120 new Ordinary Shares.

In addition, as explained in the EGM Circular, Roger Blears, Peter English and
David Royds have now resigned from the Board of the Company.

Andy man, your posts are high in ramped forecasts but low in achievement historically (please show me posts to prove me wrong). I am sure you mean well but your posts do smack of ramping and without any facts to support them. I am long in MDS and obviously want MDS to do well but find your posts irritating as they are blatant ramps.
