03/6/2009 09:36 | Good Morning Tomboy, Someone managed to pick up a good 250K at 0.20p just now. I am still surprised at this week's RNS because there was absolutely no requirement to issue the RNS. Seeing it as very positively because indicates close to deal as they have quoted about the price in the RNS imo. Negotiations will have included discussions about the price for the investment? | hena79

01/6/2009 19:05 | Frontier was a 5000% bagger. | tomboyb
01/6/2009 19:04 | yes i think with the market recovering and IPO market virtually dead its a good time to think about REVERSE TAKEOVERS in the marketplace. with companies also delisting mainly because of costs and the debt levels as well as management interest. | tomboyb
01/6/2009 18:55 | Yes I remember coz I missed it. Went from 0.10p on the appointment straight to 2p the next morning. Was bombed out stock in Netcentric like our MEQ. | hena79
01/6/2009 18:53 | agreed there. remember TOMCO ENERGY. was 0.1p went to 4p with howard crosby. if they get an entreprenaur on-board. | tomboyb
01/6/2009 18:46 | Whoever puts the money in will end up on the board. I think it'll be a few hundred K to carry out due diligence on an acquisiton or reverse takeover. Whoever put money in if that happens must also have identified an acquisition or the company has. Makes sense imo as the company has been searching for 2 years and came close in Summer 2007 or the new people have got something lined up. | hena79
01/6/2009 18:36 | hello. i'm holding ALO and MEQ. with the markets improving and companies delsiting cash shells as a hedge against delisting companies. i'm hoping for entreprenaurs to take charge. | tomboyb
01/6/2009 18:33 | Good to hear from you tomboy. Again in today's RNS refers to more than one interested party. CN. and AIM as other cash shells at 1p+ after very recent gains and valued at more than £1.50m. IMO MEQ will get to 1p come end of June when everything should be completed as per I predicted with CN.! | hena79
01/6/2009 18:29 | still into MEQ and ALO. both. what can john east offer as a broker to enable MEQ shareholders to gain value. no debt and 4.5mill of tax losses. | tomboyb
01/6/2009 18:16 | A first in today's RNS...made reference to Merchant. 'John East & Partners Limited, a subsidiary of Merchant 020 7628 2200 Securities PLC'. | hena79
01/6/2009 18:07 | As always just me as a positive soul who already got it right from 0.20-0.55p, lets see what happens in the rest of June but after today's RNS even more hopeful for long 2 year wait nearly over. Classic that the market makers don't bring the offer price down much and keep the spread wide ahead of next news which should be the long awaited positive news imo. | hena79 |
