Director/PDMR - share scheme awards

On 7 April 2017, the following awards were granted over ordinary shares of 5p each in Meggitt PLC under the Meggitt Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan (DSBP).

LTIP awards were based on an award price of GBP4.4210 and were granted as (i) nil cost options for UK participants, first available for exercise on 7 April 2020 with an expiry date of 6 April 2022; (ii) awards over shares for other participants, to be released as soon as practicable after 7 April 2020.
