jamie62, I guess if a piece says something useful about risks in the sector, it's relevant. The stuff about delays in trial results affecting royalty/milestone earnings though is tenuous - MMG doesn't have any :-)

Good volume again yesterday - about 450k? Mind you, at these prices that's only £20k.

Wonder if the momentum will continue.

Mitzis, you still waiting for sub-4p?

sorry - my point was this cross-referencing rather than non-related information.

binladin is doing anything but pumping! He's deramping. He's also clearly clutching at straws. Kind of a pity - I value cautious perspectives that help me temper my optimism.

Before posting rubbish non related MMG information binladin it might be worth reading up on the issues at work with MMG and post about them.
No offence intended.

Normally because there is data due on both platforms around these months....again this year being no different. No negative news leading into March should mean positive results...

I knew at some point interest again would pick up in MMG. It tends to have a good spell in March and April for some reason, and this year could well be the same

It is funny that when the price goes up new buyers appear. I have topped up today, not because I have any inside knowledge but just because at the price they are now they seem to me to be an outstanding gamble. I am sitting on big losses on these from way back but the possibility of MMG hitting the jackpot with one of its products seem just as likely now, if not more so, than they did then.
The language coming out of the company is much more restrained than it was but that seems to me to be just a matter of management style. The products and the main researchers are still as exciting as ever but the products are now that much nearer to coming to market. And don't forget that Cancer Research UK described this as some of their flagship research.

well I guess the likelihood of imminent good news is increasing as we approach end of Q1 with two bits of clinical data anticipated. Nothing adverse has been reported - presumably trials are proceeding as expected. There's always some upward momentum as we approach these points, and someone has started the ball rolling with a decision to get in before everyone else. If the momentum develops I can imagine getting to 8p as a platform for the news - if it's very good news the share price goes up from there, if it's neutral or just mildly positive, usually there's some selling off and everyone gets disappointed that the price has dropped even though the outlook is positive...

I agree with you kenny they have around 6 months to sort themselves out I'm waiting for sub 4p before buying again.
40000 shares @4p or less nothing ventured nothing gained.

MMG have circa 6 months cash in the bank, they need Very positive results to lift the share price to a more reasonable level and then try passing the begging bowl around. But with the A1Gasbag in the wings with his / their large % share holding nothing is certain.
