Not surprised-looks like a 100% to 300% annualised return-(25p in 1 to 3 months).

Referred to some European anti competition review. Announced after market close on Friday. Check company website. they are still confident of deal but delayed I think

bit of a jump back up today? Any clues? Or just oversold from 155 level?

Just wondered what the next steps are? I have never held shares with a company taken over so wondering what action is needed. I would vote no if I had an option but would also be happy to realise the £1.55 a share if it can be pushed through quickly. Any ideas would be appreciated.

When will this sale complete? Not sure whether to sell now and reinvest or just wait for the guaranteed £1.55. Any ideas?

Best to wait till the 18th when the bid is final. Before then there is the possibility of a counter bid. At the present there are only 27,000,000 shares irrevocably sold to the bidder. They need 50%+...60,750,000+ MB

I was holding out for £2 a share and whole heartedly expected this in a years time or so. Now what? Anyone have any ideas how we cash in at £1.55?

This could have been a lot higher in a years time but does now give us an opportunity to get out and move on.

Can't see when the deal completes, have I missed it?I assume it's in the doc.?

Well that's completely out of the blue, I'd missed it at first because the company don't appear to have RNS'd it themselves. Have to say I'm a little ambivalent. Yes, it's 35% more than the price last week but over time I think the shares were heading higher than 150p on the back of rationalisation and a pick up in ad spending as Europe slowly recovers.
