As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 26 September 2017 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred for GBPnil consideration from Simon Gibson (Chief Investment Officer) to his wife Jennifer Anne Gibson for GBPnil consideration.

Simon Gibson is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and Jennifer Anne Gibson is closely associated with Simon Gibson. Their resultant interests in the Company are:
