Up over 5% on OTC today, and volume still strong over here. Hardly surprising with results that that. Northland's price target of 104p looks very achievable by Christmas if the PEA engenders continuing interest across the pond.

Think these could fly if Trump gets in. Spiked up on Friday night on news of FBI investigating Clinton again. Haven't seen any broker forecasts recently which is a bit surprising given the Hot Maden progress. Maybe they are all waiting for the PEA.

Yes, Alacer probably best fit. but do not discount Eldorado.
They operate biggest mine in Turkey and they are just about to conclude
another sale of Chinese asset for $300 million.

Will we need Lidya's approval should we receive an offer? After all, it is Lidya who will have to partner them going forward. We're also going to need state approval ie from the Resource Ministry (I believe Erdogan's son in law is now the head of this body)

The perfect fit for Lidya would be Alacer.

We can only speculate at this point.
I mentioned Reservoir Minerals who received an offer 6 days after their PEA in April this year( took another 3 months and sweetener from Nevsun to conclude the deal)
Management, Sprott and Sandstorm may have other ideas.
JORC update and subsequent PFS should put greater value to HM.

Plasy I think at that point in time they would have taken $250-300 million but whether that's the case now or not we don't know.

And of course MARL is not just about HM. I reckon when we open this after we will see if there is some USA Canadian momentum and tbh I reckon there is. Wouldnt be surprised to see this test 80p very very quickly.

Re a valuation: posted on iii

Didn't someone report back from the recent London presentation that when asked if $300/$400 would be a fair offer for Hot Maden, Glen seemed to agree.
Current market cap £87m
But lot more drilling & discoveries yet to be done.
PEA then PFS. When would they think of selling?
Well the obviously answer is when they get a fair offer, but after PEA or PFS?

Nice dip midday enabled a final 67p topup. Ducks in a row now. That's my lot.

The SeekingAplpha article commended the fact that investors' only way into Hot Maden is via MARL. Not so, one can always buy Sandstorm which owns a bit of MARL and also a net smelter royalty on HM. OK- It's not direct ownership, and it's diluted by diversification across numerous other royalty streams and NSRs, but it's still a way to get some extra exposure to HM, and the NSR should still be there even if (when?) MARL sells out to a major for £2 a share.
