Notice of Annual General Meeting

Macromac (AIM: MACC), the AIM quoted company principally engaged in the business of mobile messaging services and software solutions, announces that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 were sent to shareholders on 19 June 2015 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and a form of proxy. Electronic copies of these documents will be available today from the investor relations section of the Company's website (www.macromacgroup.com) in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m. local time (8:30 a.m. UK time) on 15 July 2015 at the offices of Macromac at 43-45 Jalan PJS 1/48, Taman Petaling Utama, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
