Looking at the announcement, the company were only informed today.

Somebody should be getting their backside slapped!

RNS this afternoon stating Graham Whately has gone from 8% to zero holding. Date of transaction was 8 August so it's only taken two months to notify the market.

I know the transaction was widely suspected but aren't there rules about timescales for such notifications ........?

In my local town in Wales a blanket reduction on Friday of approx 30% The threshold for small business relief is £12,500 where possibly some of the cheaper shops in Local Shop,s portfolio some of them have slipped under Certainly helps the cause I agree NTV plus also owner occupier purchases

internos should have every shop up for sale with a commercial estate agent plus a local ordinary agent if they are trying to maximise returns for share holders,
For them it is better to get paid for SADFA and COC
it costs nothin asg to do so and has every chance of attracting private investors as well larger landlords

Internos still hoping to sell a bundle . The market has had a long look at theseso not surprisng Thal questioning their strategy The small lot sizes preclude them from the large property company/institutional buyer All the shops valued at £500k and under are ideal private investor fodder and Allsopp auction material. Friday the 30th September is a very important date as the new Rating Lists will be out hopefully with some major haircuts on values easing pressure on the small retailer and improving their ability to pay rents Although not kicking into next April will still improve the marketablity of Local Shos portfolio Im certainly adding more circa 29p seeing 36/37p as the takeout price

Doesn't seem to be much activity in the forthcoming auctions. Whilst Eversheds are involved with over twenty sales on each site, there is only one identifiable LSR sale with Allsop, a property in Weston Super Mere.

Similarly, at Acuitus, only one of the Gallery shops is for sale although this property does say that the sale is on instructions from a fund manager (Internos?) and 4 other Evershed properties are described thus so possibly a total of 5 sales there.

Finally, one of the Scottish properties in Irvine is being sold by Acuitus through DWF.

placing coming with thal and others?
as they are still well below 29.99%
would enable a decent dividend to be paid

What will DIL think about all of this? Changing the investment policy doesn't sound very encouraging...

Thames Capital sold just under 6m on Friday to leave them with 3.2m. Possibly trying to sell the balance in the market...

...and now Damille down by 2m.

Just waiting on the balance of the trade from Thursday which I fully expect to be Graeme Whateley.

Shades of LMS here.

Despite regular recs by ST, of LMS, and his followers piling in for multiple buys, the share price just refused to rise.
