I just find it interesting as to why the sudden increase in Sp, I'm in ctag and levrett only come to light recently as Tony reeves is non executive director in both companies.

The bid share price is now back to where it was yesterday but selling a good few at the higher share price earlier made holding this co's shares well worth while.

Presumably though news is near or may just hopes of news?

The AIM rules suggest that:

Where an investing company has not substantially implemented its investing policy
within eighteen months of admission, it should seek the consent of its shareholders for
its investing policy at its next annual general meeting and on an annual basis thereafter,
until such time that its investing policy has been substantially implemented.

Also that an AIM co may (initially) be suspended for 6 months presumably for simply lying fallow.

But DYOR as I am no expert!

Their half yearly report was on 29/3/2016 so presumably the full year report could be as early as the end of this month.

AIM rules to the best of my knowledge require cos formed to acquire target cos to have made one acquisition or t/o etc within their first year.

There can be an extension but ejection from AIM can follow if no commitment by then.

With a new company and yet to t/o a target, outsiders like yrs truly have sadly to rely on a wing and a prayer rather than knowledge. Of course for cos which are already in business, research is key but LVRT is not yet one of those cos. Still the promoters do I believe have a track record.

SP fall earlier probably means that the first trade at 2p was a sell but subsequent trades at same share price could well have been buys - in any event some trading seems positive given the absence of very much until recently.
