13/12/2017 04:11 | They say history repeats itself. The thread below proves this, though there wasn't a complete dooshbag running the thread. But the hopes, dreams, tweets, good value comments etc are all the same. Conclusion: When you are born a dog, you tend to die as a dog, and remain a dog in between those events. | professor knobhead

12/12/2017 13:26 | sid - if you doubt Notion's success - then I suggest you take a read of this. Not a shabby tinpot set-up by any means. | professor pettigrew
12/12/2017 13:26 | And look up MessageLabs/Symantec RE Notion if you are interested. | lendmeafiver
12/12/2017 13:19 | We got it Sid you are not investing, doesn’t sound like this is for you. | lendmeafiver
12/12/2017 13:02 | PP Out of interest, on what do you base your claim that Notion have a track record second to none? I cant see any evidence of their track record. | carefreesid
12/12/2017 12:53 | sid - one final thing I will say to you - back in the summer NotionCapital invested over £4m in VS. They would have certainly done due diligence, looked at the books, looked at the products, and looked at the future of VS as a very viable business. They have a track record second to none, and at the same time as their money was going into VS, VS themselves made two pertinent statements. One was their stated intention to "expand and grow into overseas markets" - the other was "an intention to pursue an IPO on NASDAQ in 2018". Now, I seriously think given all that that what we don't know about is probably far more positive than even I give it credit for. Don't you? | professor pettigrew
12/12/2017 12:43 | PP Just because someone trials it, that doesnt mean its practical. Any new company wants an in at the major customers they are seeking, and often go in on a trial/loss leading basis. The fact is we know nothing, not how successful it is, not how many clients have carried on with it, paid for it, dispensed with it etc. There is so much stuff we dont know here, which makes this uninvestable for many. The fact is the share is trading at the wrong price. I think you said it was a binary bet. I agree. Its either worth nothing or many mutliples of todays price. Its not a gamble I want to take. Good luck to all holders. | carefreesid |
