Food for thought. If vs fails, LEG is worth approximately zero.

Yup, thats the crew that are going to make VS worth $1bln according to big tough dave, who couldnt afford the xmas jumper this year, due to unforeseen poor investment decisions, that most foresore.

Yes Soup I think VSs filing is going to be crucial, with it being as at Mar 2017 don't think it will include too many HR costs as they didn't start recruiting in earnest until after the Notion funding, perhaps the top execs will take stock instead of cash?? Going to be an interesting 2-3 weeks!

Given that they had worked with Tesco for a full year, plus Argos and Maplin for half of that year, they had £130k cash in hand and £1.4m debtors. (But owed £3.1m).It'll be key to see how that's scaled up, although I feel that the increased Exec pay will be a drag on profit.

Gbenson, interesting figures, worth remembering though that there is big competition in the NHS procurement sector with the likes of DHL already running eProcurement and eCatalogues for a large number of trusts. It's partly why I'm keen to see the latest VS figures, the last ones included a full year working with Tesco, so we can start to see if VS can monetise the contracts.
