The Company announces that, on 20 December 2023, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme granted options over 500 new Ordinary Shares to each of Nick Latham, David Dunmow, Piers Latham, Andrew Wright and Nick Widlinski at an exercise price of 1201p per new Ordinary Share to be exercised between 22 December 2028 and 21 December 2033.
