FT reports PE companies are in a frenzy to deploy capital raised before the downturn or have to return investors funds before earning fees. Kewill would fit the bill.

via FT...

Kewill has been on the full list for many years – 60 per cent of the shares are held by institutions and most of the rest are in the hands of about 5,000 retail investors. Only a tiny percentage is held by the management.

Read the statement fellow investors.

There are further large deals in the pipeline, expected to be closed over the next 6 months.

KFX which I have mentioned previously is a strong Market today,
I expect the Kofax IMS to coincide with next week's AGM on the 05/11.

One of the last opportunities to buy KFX at current levels IMV.

so it was latin???? Anyway, Investors Chronicle writeup is as expected very bullish...

also Investec execpt EPS of 10.5p this year (what IC said I think) so does put it on a low p/e say about 9X for this year... and much lower for next year... also with cash being built up the reatings on an enterprise value falls further....

next year Investec have 12.47 so the P/E falls to about 7.8X for one year out.. and with a lot more cash on the balance sheet

So we should be above £1 within six months in my view.... and over 120p in a year or so.....

frustrating these small caps... they do nothing and then suddenly they will shoot up one month... for Kewill it could be next month or in three months... we shall see..
