Appointment of Directors

At this morning's EGM of the Company, the appointments of Cecilie Marie Vanem
and Ellynor Dagny Brorvik were approved by the general assembly.

Cecilie M. Vanem, age 41, is currently Sales and Marketing Director of Software
Innovation AS and has extensive management experience from leading national
companies in the IT industry. She is formerly a director of SaveIT AS, Partner
Manager of TeleComputing ASA and board member of Occeluz AS. She currently sits
on the board of Omninett AS and Norstat AS and holds an MBA from the University
of Stirling in Scotland.

Ellynor Brorvik, age 59,  is responsible for the all the accounting in IT
Venture AS and all their daughter companies being Telelink Holding AS, 3G3mobile
AS, Strukturinvest AS and Pinjata AS. Ellynor is currently a director of IT
Venture AS. I

There are no further disclosures to be made in connection with Schedule 2 (g) of 
the AIM Rules for Companies.
