The Company announces that it purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 947.65 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 98,505,694 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 183,128,216. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
