Interim results must be tomorrow or Friday, I guess.

Bought a few of these ahead of the interim results. Looks in good shape to advance - well funded, two profitable divisions and a capital restructuring completed paving the way for dividends. What clinched it for me was the shareholder list; SVG and North Atlantic Value have 26% and 25% each and then RIT Capital have 13%. The company could not possibly hope to have a more blue chip shareholder base. Mysteriously low share price given the recent contract wins. Can't see the shareholders not getting their money back and they paid double the current price. Worth a go. Watermark was a highly successful operation before it got into trouble and so can't really see a reason why this can't rise from the ashes. Anyone else hold?

Could be great news for journey group if airlines loose faith in gate gourmet...

The world's largest airline food caterer, which employs thousands of people in Britain, is today at the centre of an FBI investigation into how needles found their way into turkey sandwiches on four international flights.
Gate Gourmet, which provides meals for more than 20 airlines including all long-haul British Airways flights from Heathrow, distributed the sandwiches that contained what appeared to be small sewing needles.
The needles were discovered in six sandwiches on four U.S.-bound Delta Air Lines planes that departed Amsterdam's t on Sunday.
One passenger on a flight to Minneapolis was injured, but refused medical attention, a Delta spokesman said. The other needles were on two flights to Atlanta and one to Seattle.

Well we are due interims at the end of the month and I am hoping that will show real profits and that before latest contract win.

Have a feeling in my water might hot up a bit now.

madam, very true, these people, still gonna be here, a few words wont stop them so its waste of post mentioning, them but that put aside, watermark should be going good, now,

this should be trading at double at what it is, and if rumours are true in city certainly more, but the rumour is only words yet will be much clearer in some days

Kinghorm - is what you say about Topfino true? We all know these people are out there, but does that matter?
I am very tempted to buy in, so why should this one pump and dump merchant influence me?
I remember Watermark. Good company which fell on hard times.

Looks like a good price - and net cash posn has to be good.

Dearth of news probably means we have to wait a while for trading update - although if acquisition happens as stated then who knows.

Perhaps, didn't really think it would be a problem to get that many, well they are going to have to move either the bid or the offer closer as no one is going to be interested with a spread like that!

Edit - I should say a quoted spread like that, online quotes 3.54 - 3.95 @ 10k

sometimes its woth settling for less at a lower price...you'd have got 10k for sure at 3.5p now its 4p!!
