16/3/2013 17:03 | Up again this week. Looks encouraging ahead of the results this month. | topvest
01/3/2013 18:21 | Share price improved quite a bit now the overhang has cleared. Looks encouraging in the run up to this month's results. | topvest
31/1/2013 15:37 | Look at the trades from a few days ago. They did sell at this rubbish price! -new holder: Not impressed as i hold both! | topvest
31/1/2013 15:25 | I don't think they could actually without making a bid, as they already own 25%. Over 30% triggers a mandatory bid. | topvest
30/1/2013 09:35 | From a personal investment point of view I would like OIG to have picked them up as I have a large holding there and I think the potential for JNY in 2013 is really good especially if they can seal a further airline deal. Should get a trading statement in a couple of weeks which hopefully will maintain current upwards trend. | stluke
29/1/2013 21:02 | It will be interesting to see who picked up this slug of shares. It will need disclosing. Looks a very good buy at that price! | topvest
29/1/2013 20:45 | Yes, looks a bit of a silly sale by RIT at that price but time will tell. Both RIT Capital Partners and Caledonia Investments seem to be dumping stock in non-core assets at very low prices. Doesn't seem very sensible to me. It's obviously this overhang that has held things back recently, so hopefully we can make some headway now. | topvest
29/1/2013 16:51 | Well looks like overhang has cleared with RTI disposing of all their holding some 39m shares or 12% of the issued share capital, the question is who's picked them up. They disposed of them for 2.37p I think so someones got a bargin if you ask me. | stluke
22/1/2013 08:58 | Well something has stirred, up two days now on little or no volume I hate to say it but leaky news!? Was undervalued and remains so, if they can pull another contract out the bag I will be add further. Anyone with a level 2 update I would be very appreciative. | stluke
20/1/2013 11:31 | The present Journey Group plc was established in 2004 (then named Watermark Group plc) by the joining of two very distinctive and innovative companies Watermark Limited and Air Fayre Limited. The Group's operations are organised into the following divisions: The US division through the Airfayre brand provides in-flight catering to the international and domestic airline industry in the USA through its patent protected supply chain model. The Products division has two brands: Watermark Products supplies in-flight products primarily to the international airline industry on a global basis and also provides a managed product supply of audio headsets (new and recycled) and amenity kits. MNH provides specialist supply chain solutions to the travel sector for headsets, amenity kits and laundry. These provide financial savings through controlled usage and leakage management as well as offering airline partners a unique asset free pricing model. . | thread perry
04/1/2013 13:49 | Yes, looks undervalued to me. Wished I had waited until now rather than buying at 4p but that's life. | topvest
04/1/2013 09:54 | Looking forward to the trading update next month which should make good reading. Since September 12 the share price has fallen 25% but between then and now they have increased the inflight catering to on average 130 flights a day from a 2011 average of 69 an increase of just under 90% due to contract wins with former Continental and Jet Blue. As the same model is being applied to these new flights profitabilty should respond accordingly. The current market cap of £9.2m is supported by £3.2m cash as at 31/08/12 from £1.8m on 30/06/12, it would not be out the question to expect cash to be even higher come finals to 31/12/12. Also debt free. Will be looking to add. | stluke
25/10/2012 10:28 | Looks to me as if there is a seller here, so may need to wait until these shares have been taken-up by the market before we see some positive momentum. Happy to wait it out, given the underlying trading pattern in the US is so positive. | topvest
25/10/2012 08:55 | Ive noticed! I agree seems a small rise for such news. | ghc
25/10/2012 08:50 | Rather a muted share price response to such a big contract win, on the back of the even bigger contract extension. Really do not think this is on many people's radar screen...yet, anyway! | topvest
25/10/2012 07:46 | Yes, I don't think the recovery potential has been spotted here yet. They are starting to grow the US business very significantly and that isn't factored in. | topvest
25/10/2012 07:29 | Yes definately good news and goes against the recent fall in the share price | stluke
25/10/2012 07:27 | Another large contract win in the US which is very encouraging. The US business looks well placed at the moment and has the potential to transform JNY. Great news! | topvest
08/10/2012 19:58 | Yes, looks that way. Bounced back a tad at the close though. Looking good for 2013 though. Quite tightly held this one so buying and selling in relatively small volumes has a big impact. Just need to wait for some buying I guess! | topvest
08/10/2012 14:17 | Someones dumping it would appear | chicken
01/10/2012 17:18 | Yes, I agree that will really help things. They have the cash and the capital reduction process will be totally completed at the end of 2012. Think a 2013 dividend should be on the cards, if 2012 results are good. Very little interest on here which is probably a good sign! | topvest
01/10/2012 17:05 | I think the commencement of dividends will be the key to more shareholder interest. | ptgint
30/9/2012 09:39 | It will be interesting to see what impact the 45% volume increase in the US business will have on profitability. Rough numbers are £7m of extra revenue and £1.6m of gross margin, so could easily add £1-2m to next years profits on a pre-tax basis. That doesn't seem to be factored into the broker forecasts. This could get more attention in 2013 as it moves back into real profits and dividends become a prospect. Another contract win would be the icing on the cake! | topvest
27/9/2012 11:54 | Results out - looks like things are improving. Hint of dividends, probably next financial year. Very quiet on here. Anyone else any thoughts? | topvest |
