Decided reluctantly to sell mine for a good profit since buying at 129p in April. Second time in and out of these. Will look to buy back in on the final results depending on the outlook. Can't see much upside in the price for 6 months or so and possibly some downside if anything negative arises such as losing the main contract which may/may not be being tendered ahead of the Nov 2015 expiry. Will keep watching. Still expect this to do quite well medium term, but not so sure about the short term.

Results OK but a tad disappointing overall. Segmental results do look worse than they actually are for the US business as there is a cross-charge of US$0.3M of patent costs from the UK not incurred in the prior year. Watermark did pretty well and seems to be much more focused on profitable business now rather than just low margin volume.
Nevertheless, 2016 could be much better with the new contract flowing through. No real mention of any contract renewal on the LA business so its a bit of a mystery where this has got to. Christopher Mills is now on the Board and has increased his fund's holding which is why I bought back in along with the 225p option scheme.
If there is value here he will surely find it and I think Chris Mills will be looking to exit this investment in 1-2 years. He bought recently at 120p so he must see it being worth about double that.
Sounds like a flattish year at best in 2015 followed by some real growth next year so not long to wait and forecasts will move on to 2016.

While the results weren't bad the outlook warning about the second half has prompted me to take some profits, still looks cheap and should do well over the medium term so content to hold the rest on a long term basis.

Yes, looks very encouraging. Getting close to news on their main contract renewals as well.

This company was just tipped by Faraday past couple of days... hence the rise. Prospects look good for growth. I like the story.

battlebus2 - thank you for the info on post 230. I like the story here (also fundamentals and TA), and will try buy some at the earliest opportunity. Another Stride Gaming, who knows?

Good luck to those who sold the last few sessions, can't fault a profit, I'm in for the longer term when the company expect 2016 to be a major growth time.

Same here, doubt Chris Mills is risk averse.

'All your eggs in one basket' may apply given that they may risk losing one of the major contracts, but that need not be a problem as long as you are always watching and looking after the eggs, rather than the basket!

I quite like an element of risk, as if and when you get it right, the rewards can be quite stunning.

When I get it wrong I seem to learn a lot more...

Very pleasing as I climbed on board and picked up a few recently. I think that the tie up with FedEx is a game-changer and may lead to further growth.

Looks like others are feeling positive too

Yep i pointed out the risks in the summary i posted a few weeks ago ( post 230 ), can't see them not renewing the United contract but then again stranger things have happened, you takes your chances i suppose. If your risk averse I'd only buy as a small part of a portfolio.
With other contracts like the one announced recently I'm confident to be a holder. As ever you need to dyor etc...Hoping to see a contract from another hub to prove the scalability of the business model.

Hi scottishfield yes they can be very illiquid, every buy is moving the price atm.

There is a significant risk here - they must renew the continental contract that goes out to tender in next couple of months. Not renewing it would be a disaster.

Hopefully new contracts. Good to see these continue upwards. A very quiet thread so I suspect not many P.I's holding.
