02/12/2015 15:22 | Local shop was jam packed, queue right out of the door. Put my shoes down as couldnt wait and when i went back they had sold my size but must be raking it in | opodio
16/9/2015 12:33 | buy on rumor sell on fact. Market was expecting out performance and has taken the money and moved on. Big mistake, this one will just keep going, in since £4 and happy to hold. | slogsweep
16/9/2015 09:31 | JD Sports Fashion (Buy) Peel Hunt: Upgrading the upgrade We knew that JD's interims would be good, given the strength of the pre-close, but nobody expected £44m of PBT (PHe £37m). LFL is confirmed as “above 10%” in all territories, but the operational gearing that this has brought is the surprise; EBIT margin is up by c200 bps in sports fashion. There's nothing for it but another upgrade, and we move from £123m to £130m for this year. The shares trade on a discount to the sector for next year, which to us is inappropriate. Buy to 1,100p | cockneyrebel

16/9/2015 07:55 | Today's eps growth in H1 is enough to meet the full ear's forecasts on it's own. Only needs a flat H2 to meet forecasts now. All imo CR | cockneyrebel

31/7/2015 16:59 | Corker of a new trade, good job I got in at the open. Plenty more to come, quality earnings going forward. | mike740
31/7/2015 09:22 | Investec increases target to 900p - retains 'buy' | philanderer
31/7/2015 09:12 | Another case of some of the best shares having the quietest boards. They must be extremely confident, as they usually say they can't judge the outcome of the year until after Xmas. | martinc
15/4/2015 20:03 | Questor share tip: JD Sports shares look like a bargain | philanderer
15/4/2015 18:35 | Thanks mapmagic, interesting article. I topped up on GVC as well. | hawaly
15/4/2015 18:11 | Oh and Investec increase their target price from 610 to 680p! :) | mapmagic
15/4/2015 14:16 | Bigger dividend would be nice, but I'm happy their using the cash to expand and grow the business. Prefer that strategy than to pay a more generous dividend and having to get into debt to grow. Dividend is not bad as it is and has been increased 4%. Re GVC; one of my biggest holdings and recently topped up on the dip! | mapmagic
15/4/2015 12:57 | I think they're holding the divi back due to high capital expenditure.. just be patient. Buy some GVC on the side if you like income! | martinc
15/4/2015 12:42 | Am I being too greedy to request a more generous dividend? Would a cover of 3x be too much to ask? | sttrader
15/4/2015 09:30 | Would seem strange not to be in a company that's expanding, with lots of cash, growing profits and revenues and valued at less than 10 x PBT to MCAP! | mapmagic |
