28/8/2015 13:49 | Where there' a tip.... Unfortunately I am slightly under water on this one. | raysor
28/8/2015 12:09 | Strong growth prospects, excellent revenue visibility and high-profile partnerships make iomart an attractive play on soaring data usage, the spread of connected devices and mounting demand for cybersecurity. Together with the shares' cheap rating and useful yield, we see a bargain. Buy. | jombaston

27/8/2015 08:57 | Not any reaction in the share price to the market being up 2%, perhaps we should be as relaxed as the management at the AGM. | fizzypop
27/8/2015 07:44 | I wasn't there but I had good reports. Continued confidence in the business with good interim figures to come. No denial that further acquisition activity is being considered. Very relaxed leadership. | farhorizon
26/8/2015 23:46 | Anyone go to the AGM today? What was the general management tone? Do they now regret not doing a deal last year? | rovers2
21/8/2015 17:41 | It seems the world is ending kam, and everyone is following Egyptian rules of wanting to take everything to the afterlife with them. | deanowls
21/8/2015 15:57 | What news have i missed? | kam5lc
17/8/2015 16:58 | It would hardly be "out of the blue". That notwithstanding there is certainly the prospect of further acquisitive activity in the other direction. | tomrob
17/8/2015 11:50 | Techinvest - July issue: Buoyed by growing demand for cloud computing, iomart (246p) reported sales for the year to March 31 of £65.8m, up 18%. Around half the growth was organic. Eps climbed 16.9% to 12.5p. iomart is purchasing IT consultancy SystemsUp for £9.0m cash. This should bolster iomart’s ‘public cloud’ offerings. In 2014 the business had sales of £4.0m and a pre-tax profit of £1.5m. For fiscal 2016, broker share price Angel expects iomart to achieve eps of 14.8p. As a play on the expanding cloud market where takeover activity is high, the shares are worth noting. Agree - a takeover could materialise out of the blue here and could be north of £3 imo. dyor | aishah
