Interserve are entering into good new contracts all the time, but we only get news of them on the web site once every two or three months. If the site gave the news much more frequently it is quite possible that the share price would stay much higher.

I would imagine that they get share options every year and therefore have a rolling programme of expiration dates meaning a nice bonus if the share price has increased from the exercise price. An incentive for them to ensure the company does well.

I never take much notice of Directors exercising share options and selling when these are effectively part of their remuneration package. Selling does not reflect on the long-term prospects of the company as much as 'there's plenty more where those came from'!

Wad Collector my understanding is that they had no choice the options ere expiring week after next on 15th March.

I see that 235000 shares were sold by directors ( that were 10 yr options expiring next week).Interesting that they did not hold onto any of them.

Too bad that Blackwell standing down; of course he needs to given the length of tenure and also his Lloyds job but his presence has given me considerable comfort.
He will be a hard act to follow

Very pleased to see the rise here. Scanned Annual Report at 7:00am and was out of house by 7:21am and just back in and logged on so I am delighted to see the upward movement. This week has seen such strange movement against good results I was concerned particularly after 2 down days.
Adrian Ringrose CEO is now in his 12th year at the helm and not 50 yet and I hope he stays for another 12! He has seen the company through thick and thin and never wavered in his beliefs yet always been clever at diversifying when needs pressed.
Excellent results.

I see it is a distant prospect and plenty recruitment time anyway.
The market seems to have woken up to the good news now ; 590 about to be passed.
