02/1/2015 12:14 | Well nothing happening at moment except occasional buyers and then sellers in to any rise. Hold and wait for something to eventually happen this year hopefully. | nick rubens
02/1/2015 08:44 | a million share buy on the 17th dec and in tight supply - is this just gambling or are there plans afoot for this shell company ? | mister md
08/12/2014 11:02 | inching up again | mister md
05/12/2014 11:15 | 350k sold yesterday at 1.5p at the close of the market and 100k bought this morning at 1.55p. Apart from that it's deadly quiet and might stay that way until the New Year imo. Worth sitting on nevertheless. | the_beagle
03/12/2014 10:03 | No longer at a discount I'm afraid but nice and clean. | the_beagle
02/12/2014 18:11 | Yes D a cash shell at a good discount very rare . | nw99
02/12/2014 09:04 | nw99 - not overnight, but again the rise will be raising a few eyebrows - it seems to have held up under a fairly substantial amount of selling pressure yesterday. As yet, no real story bar this being a low market cap cash shell with some recent accumulation by some involved in other private companies. | dusseldorf
01/12/2014 08:42 | TW was dead right here tipping it for over 2p | nw99
01/12/2014 08:35 | with a marketcap of under 1m this does look interesting as a shell company (as oppposed to CHA with its 70m mktcap) | mister md
01/12/2014 08:14 | Buyers early doors | nw99
28/11/2014 20:06 | A TW tip combined with the fact stock has been accumulated / is a cheap shell and quite illiquid IMO 2.5p is possible on Monday. It's not the way we wanted things to go at this stage (i.e snipe for more stock lower, see some more holdings RNS increases) but perhaps it will shake out more long term holders / increase liquidity. I believe HCP is registered in Isle of Mann which gives it some rules exemptions e.g. no need to go to vote to issue more equity for an acquisition/capital - however, the ORD is 5p so technically cannot issue below that without a reorganisation, which I do believe would require vote... | dusseldorf
28/11/2014 16:36 | An over the offer 1.8p paid at the death. Interesting. | the_beagle
28/11/2014 15:26 | Another pump on somewhere. | the_beagle
28/11/2014 15:24 | Some interesting volume | nw99
21/11/2014 10:39 | Two larger trades from yesterday reported yet again to confuse the issue somewhat. | the_beagle
20/11/2014 16:28 | OK for "free float" substitute "unknown owners". From a recent RNS Shore own 27.17% I think. | the_beagle
20/11/2014 15:53 | Scrub that, I found it: Last official update was April 2014: Significant Shareholdings On 14th April 2014 the Company is aware of the following interests in the ordinary share capital of the Company in excess of 3% Name of Holder Number % 1..Pershing Nominees Limited............. 2..HSDL Nominees Limited .................... 3..Nortrust Nominees Limited............. 4..TD Direct Investing Nominees (Europe) Limited .2,813,248........5. 5..Harewood Nominees Limited............. 6..Puma Nominees Limited .................... 7..Giltspur Nominees Limited............. Shore Capital Group Investments Limited holds 10,953,744 ordinary shares in the Company representing 21.99% of the issued share capital. Shore Capital Group Investments Limited is part of the Shore Capital Group who were nominated advisors and brokers up to 4 September 2013. These shares are held by Pershing Nominees Limited. ...so Shore Caital are no longer insiders, and on the basis the directors still own less than 0.2% of equity, the free float is actually 99.8% equity so technically I may just have spent 30 minutes working out that my misinterpretation was in fact correct | dusseldorf
20/11/2014 15:49 | the_beagle - I see what you mean, looks like my misinterpretation of the point you were making - apologies 505k is 1% of the equity in issue, but represents 5% of the free float you calculated I'm not actually sure what the free float here is by definition. Essentially it's directors and parties locked in by insider information. I don't think we can class those who buy stock in market (the RNS three) as insiders nor perhaps Shore capital. I thought by AIM reg 20 there had to be a website with this listed, but I cannot find it. | dusseldorf
20/11/2014 15:03 | Dusseldorf...Isn't 505,000 about 5% of 10,000,000?? | the_beagle
20/11/2014 14:16 | The_beagle - not sure on your maths That leaves 20.38% or about 10 million shares in free float (including TDW). Today's 505k is therefore 5.0% of the free float! Tiny company with great potential but imo ramping it wildly will only postpone developments. If 20% is 10m, the 505k equates to around 1% of free float. I don't hold many, but assuming it stays low may buy a few more in my SIPP | dusseldorf
20/11/2014 14:07 | yep, the sells came in after I posted ;) | mister md
