19/9/2014 11:30 | TX2 11:17 Re: Shell value The only caution I have re use of HCP as a shell, assuming an opportunity presents itself is that HCP along with associate Puma Hotels previously Dawnay Shore Hotels was part of Shore Capitals biggest corporate disaster.Outside investors in these two cans of worms lost Shore clients in excess of £100m while Howard S's company hoovered up millions in management charges until the corpse finally expired. It is just possible Shore might not relish the publicity that corporate action at HCP might bring to this failure and may prefer HCP just to fade away. | the stigologist
19/9/2014 10:33 | Stig's not often right but he is this time! | the_beagle

19/9/2014 10:14 | Two more closing trades from yesterday took us back a shade but a 300k buy has mopped them up. Possibly another 500k to close yet but I'm sure there are buyers at this level to grab them. Interims in the next 2 weeks should clear the air I think. Holding RNSs could also appear. | the_beagle

19/9/2014 07:00 | Stig ref The Stigologist - 18 Sep 2014 - 08:17 - 816 of 829 - Puma is presently in discussions with Lone Star to explore the options available in terms of banking facilities going forward. It is hoped that these discussions might result in a positive outcome with some potential to enhance value for shareWhy would you not believe the directors ?This wasn't a pump and dump, the share price has been falling for ages. Many posters have also been around a while, just posting among themselves like any other board.Pump and dump .....I don't think so .If it was the worst I have seen.Moving on...We still have cash , and where we go from here ?I Took opportunity yesterday to get some very cheap shares | bckttsim
18/9/2014 19:12 | treacle is quiet or is bucketshopimbecile one of his multihandles ? | the stigologist
18/9/2014 19:12 | it's funny the disingenuous and the lying conmen only realise these facts after the event not sure i heard anybody telling the pumpers these facts before ? BCKTTSIM 18 Sep'14 - 16:01 - 826 of 827 0 0 The facts are HCP were never going to get any money back. | the stigologist
18/9/2014 17:32 | Over 2.5 million traded today....its was only valued at 300K this morning. The stake building continues and I guess they want this shell. Not sure what the risk is here.....CHA is up 20 fold for instance in a few months on what exactly? HCP is a punt but a bit of a low risk one. Mind you, I agree about the directors BCK...... | barnetpeter
18/9/2014 16:01 | The facts are HCP were never going to get any money back.I do wonder what the directors of this company do.They must have know about what lone star were doing.Hotel Collection CEO certainly did.Think they only produce accounts once a year, and most of the money goes to them. However that's behind us.Question is now...Why have we had two people stake building ?They are no fools. What is around the corner. | bckttsim
18/9/2014 15:45 | BCKTTSIM of course you're ignoring all the ridiculous posts about HCP getting a payout from the hotels business... or as I should probably say, all the deliberately dishonest posts designed to rook the naïve, so that the pumpers could dump at a profit. Shameful. | tiredoldbroker
18/9/2014 15:31 | So far today 954k shares have been bought and sold back to the market for an overall loss of £129. Topinfo's followers? | the_beagle
18/9/2014 13:04 | Pershing Nominees ie Shore Capital own 22.7% as well. Things WILL happen here for the good imo in spite of what the pessimists say. | the_beagle
18/9/2014 11:53 | Yes also that's why Mr Mark Jackson now holds an interest of 2,600,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 5.22% of the issued share capital of the Company. | bckttsim
18/9/2014 11:52 | Yes that's why Mr Michael Jivkov now holds an interest of 4,069,891 ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.17% of the issued share capital of the Company. | bckttsim
18/9/2014 11:42 | Yes, TOB. In addition people are quoting cash balance as at Dec 31 2013. Will presumably be lower now...running costs were 173k last year. | eezymunny
18/9/2014 10:31 | Going back up steadily.... has large tax losses and cash of about 1.25 per share. Shells such as CHA are now up 20 fold.....someone will take this shell on at this low price and with its cash. | barnetpeter
18/9/2014 09:57 | Treacle=kiss of death but I imagine he sold a while back to promote what looks like the next ill fêted stock, utn, they should be afraid very afraid. | 123trev
18/9/2014 08:14 | Where have the MMs got their shares from to sell at these prices I wonder. | the_beagle
18/9/2014 08:13 | Nick don't make me re-post all the guff you were coming out with This is a shell now but not run by any notable shell-meister so deserves to trade at discount to cash not a premium | the stigologist
18/9/2014 08:11 | those lying conmen will try it on with anything they are that desperate facts are that this was getting pumped on there because the hotels were going to be sold blah blah blah, lone star riding to the rescue blah blah blah | the stigologist
18/9/2014 08:09 | I thought sub 0.5p no way I would be chasing back to 1p offer but it is getting the pump and dump treatment again on topinfo thread. | 21trader
18/9/2014 08:08 | Absolutely Nick. It's not over yet. I'd written off the Puma connection as had the BOD, so yes, it's a cash shell worth about 1.2p imo. | the_beagle |
