12/9/2014 10:20 | Do you think there's any chance of that John? Lovely idea, but a bit of a longshot imo. Something though is definitely brewing. What beats me is WHO put the Hotel Collection into administration. If it was the American bank that bought the debt, then why? If not, then who? | the_beagle
12/9/2014 10:03 | If HCP can get about £1.2m bonds in the Hotel Collection back, then HCP shares will worth about 4p/share. | john168
12/9/2014 09:49 | 2.4% just changed hands. Very interesting. | the_beagle
12/9/2014 08:29 | We think so. Seems to be rising on each small buy past couple of days. Them people sold at just 0.40p when the bb got taken over for a few days. | treacle32
12/9/2014 08:27 | Good to see. Slow burner...news due? | costapacket
12/9/2014 08:18 | Blue again - quietly rising. | treacle32
11/9/2014 16:18 | Ticking up no trades is also a good sign - would be nice for further news in the offing. | treacle32
11/9/2014 15:54 | Looking great - just me and you here for days. | treacle32
11/9/2014 15:46 | A couple of nibbles, and up we go. Got a really good feeling here. | the_beagle
10/9/2014 15:23 | Maybe stakes being increased again. | treacle32
10/9/2014 15:21 | And another tick up on nothing. Something's in the air I think! | the_beagle
10/9/2014 14:37 | Amazing that one small trade can move us 8%. Imagine what good news or another big buyer could do! | the_beagle
10/9/2014 13:30 | Some blue - ready for next leg up. | treacle32
03/9/2014 21:00 | Never know - for now we're holding above 1p comfortably. | treacle32
29/8/2014 08:58 | Thanks beagle. Maybe next news isn't far away. | treacle32
29/8/2014 08:50 | Opened down then two moves north, all on zero trades. Somethings going on in the background for sure. In respect of the reduced holding RNS on Wednesday, I don't think the guy actually sold any shares at that time, I think he just advised the BOD that the AIM list of holders was incorrect. He didn't cross any % points. | the_beagle
29/8/2014 08:34 | 1.40p offer again. | treacle32
27/8/2014 14:28 | A battle to takeover HCP? but all of them are very clever , they cannot lose, NAV (cash) of HCP is 1.29p/share, excluding how much HCP can get back from the Hotel Collection. | john168
27/8/2014 11:53 | Thanks beagle. | treacle32
27/8/2014 11:06 | I think he's been around for a while and it looks as if he's reduced by 250k. | the_beagle
27/8/2014 11:04 | Getting better - another person on the scene now too. 27 August 2014 The Hotel Corporation plc ("HCP" or the "Company") Holding in Company The Company has been advised that Mr Michael Jivkov now holds an interest of 4,069,891 ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.17% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Jivkov's holding is held through HSDL Nominees Limited. | treacle32
27/8/2014 08:52 | Looks like they are still trying to fill the next tranche around the 1.30p level for Jackson and imo. | treacle32
26/8/2014 08:59 | Shore I believe hold just over 50% of "Puma" to our 49.?% so they will be well in the picture re the Administration. They also own 22% of HCP. If they think that there is a rosy outcome from the winding up of "Puma" I can't see them selling their HCP stake too cheaply. What's good for one is good for the other. If for instance they were prepared to sell their HCP holding for say 3p it would make it an expensive shell unless HCP recovers millions from the Administration. It's pretty obvious though that the recent buyer knows, or thinks he knows, more than me. Getting out of his stake in bad market conditions would give him a bit of a problem. | the_beagle |
