20/3/2017 09:20 | I agree with Lauders. This is a 250 company, not on AIM, so a suspended mine operation RNS should be qualified or amended by a follow-up one when the minor is no longer in suspension. If there is implicit assurances being made to instis then they are breaking the rules of the LSE surely? Level playing field my bottom (just for Stevea) .... The shares transferred by Eduardo go into the new account holders tomorrow so if there are any pundits who have been under a misapprehension as to what was happening - i.e. not a proper placing as some initially might have thought - then we should see buying on completion to underpin the transaction. Hopefully. Topicel | topicel
20/3/2017 08:06 | Hopefully we recover some ground today | onedayrodders
20/3/2017 01:09 | Thank you for the replies. I would also expect an official RNS after issuing one declaring the accident and suspension. It has taken over a month so it must be more complicated than we believe to get things resolved. I cannot believe HOC would NOT announce anything being as they are usually so transparent. It is still something that is casting a shadow over things at HOC and needs to be clarified IMO. They are probably working on all the things that need to be changed and then will issue a release saying "all is well and this is what we have had to do after the inquiry". I would hope so anyway! Just need to tie-up loose ends. | lauders
19/3/2017 14:44 | SG as you will have read I had a very good week! I'm glad I didnt follow your charts late last week, and my good luck has just been that really. pip pip! | hectorp
19/3/2017 14:28 | If it wasn't sorted they would have to have revised their guidance for 2017 production because losing 6 weeks of production at Inmaculada would be material at a loss of 2 million oz Ag equiv. The company is determined not to report further on this issue. ie subject closed .... | stevea171
19/3/2017 14:10 | Agree it's not worrying the institutions but surely as the suspension was RNS'd they would have to RNS the lifting of the same. They might have reassured them it will be sorted soon but I doubt it's back on-line yet. | onedayrodders
19/3/2017 13:14 | ODR. Don't think so. Institutions aren't worried judging by the share price performance, their buying appetite and support for the take up of this 3% offer last week. They have been told the situation privately but not the market - hence no questions by the analysts on this the No 1 issue in the results presentation. | stevea171
19/3/2017 09:46 | No news Lauders so have to assume still suspended pending investigation. | onedayrodders
19/3/2017 07:24 | I don't care where this goes week to week....I do care where it will be year to year.... | dt1010
19/3/2017 04:34 | What a week indeed! Up then down but I am still happy as overall I am still up (+) on my last top-up, marginally! I was down quite a lot the week before. Not being a trader that is OK with me. Still haven't managed to check the transcript but will do when I am near a large monitor (not this iPhone screen), but unless I am mistaken there still hasn't been any positive news on the Inmaculada suspension. Is it still in a state of suspension or not? I may have been asleep & missed any news but did notice anything specific about the point in the results. | lauders
18/3/2017 20:14 | Lets move on .. post watered down. | onedayrodders
18/3/2017 20:10 | Exacty My language here is fine but my monitor knows all the words You are right this seems a pointless argument . | saturdaygirl
18/3/2017 20:04 | SG. That's a complete cop out. What we say to ourselves privately in frustration is all well and good. This is different. | stevea171
18/3/2017 20:00 | stevea This is an adult thread and its been an exceptional week you must agree ? Whilst my language is usually constrained i have sworn many times in frustration with this weeks trading . | saturdaygirl
18/3/2017 19:55 | SG. It's ok amongst guys together and I take it you're one but not ok in mixed company, like here. Do you F & C at home in front of your own family? No, I thought not. Couldn't be more basic really. ODR has kids. Does he speak with them like that? Doubt it. So why come on here and behave badly? | stevea171
18/3/2017 19:11 | Personally the way this has traded this week the F-Word seems perfectably acceptable . What a week ! | saturdaygirl
18/3/2017 17:51 | flooding? never noticed. ! bloody is OK in my book, I filter F and C posts. | hectorp
18/3/2017 17:28 | Deleting yours improves it further | dt1010
18/3/2017 16:58 | I have deleted around 40% of posters here which leaves me with a high quality read. Thank you for the power posts. Good luck all | rhuvaal2
18/3/2017 13:19 | Why the rush? | dt1010
18/3/2017 13:17 | ODR. Unexpected and disappointing, yes, BUT Plse tone down your use of bad language in above post. thanks. | stevea171
18/3/2017 13:05 | I said on Thursday I saw a short term trading Op and was going to trade on Friday. Then the RNS hit and my plan was royally shafted. Hence why I said I was a somewhat peeved off on Friday. Unlike juju I wont claim "I told you so" as it was the placing that triggered the fall. Just my luck they couldn't wait another day for that bloody RNS. I don't blame Eduardo as shares of for selling as well as buying even for CEO's but cant believe my luck. | onedayrodders |
