                          Director/PDMR Shareholdings


In advance of the proposed changes to the Capital Gains Tax legislation becoming
effective on 6th April 2008, the Company announces that it has been informed
that on 4 April 2008, Messrs. Adam Wilson (Managing Director) and Brian
Rowbotham (Finance Director), have each transferred the following shareholdings
in the Company to family trusts as detailed below:


Adam Wilson

Transferred 1,477,500 ordinary shares to The Adam Wilson 2008 Settlement Trust


Brian Rowbotham

Transferred 646,000 ordinary shares to The Brian Rowbotham 2008 Settlement Trust


Adam Wilson and Brian Rowbotham and their respective family trusts remain with
interests in 8.6 per cent. and 3.9 per cent. respectively in the Company's
issued share capital.
