Think I may have stumbled across an extremely interesting minnow here. Following the RNS put out this morning announcing the appointment of Anthony Tennyson as the new CEO there could be very exciting times ahead. His CV looks exceptional and has also a background in finance having worked at Merrill Lynch and Bank of Ireland both blue chip names. Besides that his career has been in Life Sciences and this is exactly what this company needs. With such a tiny market cap there is huge potential upside here.

Gofor, I'm not convinced it's a fraud but the Concert party does worry me, main shareholders and directors own 60% so they can basically do what they want, sell, take it private etc but I think they benefit from a full LSE not AIM listingRoby Zomer is Founder and CEO of MGC Pharma but only holds 1% - Premier own 10%)Get the orders in and the revenue, large order book the raise and dilute the Concert to under 40%

There were plenty of figures in that rns but understand your cautioun. For the mcap I believe it's "cheap" but who knows. Time will tell.

Babbler...I don't totally agree with all of GFG1's comments but there is a complex network behind the scenes here and I would advise any investors to tread carefully and DTOR. There's always lots of good news flow but limited info on figures and they do like to raise cash at fairly regular intervals.
