Overall a very good deal for the company as i guess Awakn must be worth multiples of what is being paid and market need to address mental health issues is huge. CEO will be taking this company to places with his connections imv. |

Good news, although we have dilution which was likely however this was paid for by issuing more shares and not funding via placing. Company has opted for the former through issue of 2,074,378,592 shares (2.074 billion). |
