Gem Diamonds LTD (LSE:GEMD) announces the publication of its Notice of the 2017 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice") and Form of Proxy for the 2017 Annual General Meeting.
Annual General Meeting
The Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Grosvenor Hotel, 101 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0SJ on Tuesday, 6 June 2017 at 9:30 am.
A hard copy version of the AGM Notice and the Form of Proxy has been sent to shareholders by post and will be available to view on the Company's website www.gemdiamonds.com
Gem Diamonds will submit to the UK National Storage Mechanism a copy of its AGM Notice in accordance with LR 9.6.1R. The documents will shortly be available for inspection through the National Storage Mechanism at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
