The only thing ‘ridiculous’ is you now seem to be claiming that the ASA, the EU courts and the FTC are all making rulings based on ‘lies’. But what is not ‘ridiculous’ is that it could now be claimed that your posts on a public forum are against these organisations and are libellous. It could also now be claimed you are accusing them of being ‘malicious’ and ‘bashing’ Yet they are reflecting ‘the opinion of the wider scientific and academic community’ and ‘consistent case-law on the (limited) significance of CE markings’. Can you substantiate any of your libellous claims with the required evidence? Where is there any adequately controlled study that can substantiate any effect of Med3000 beyond a placebo?

Med3000 was the placebo in FM57. Therefore Futura had initially believed Med3000 had no therapeutic effect. The FM57 study did not set out to measure the efficacy of Med3000. The ASA and the FTC will therefore consider that its reported effectiveness by Futura was a ˜post-hoc finding’ . FM71 was also an unblinded and uncontrolled study so again cannot substantiate any claim that MED3000 is having any effect beyond a placebo .And so was the Consumer HUT uncontrolled and unblinded.

One specialist commentator felt that the clinical effectiveness has not been demonstrated. The absence of an adequate placebo (an inactive topical gel) for highlighted as a limitation by 3 commentators. One commentator said that without it, the clinical effectiveness could be attributed to the placebo effect of rubbing a gel

In each of the six cases filed, FTC alleged that the companies not only lacked scientific substantiation for their claims regarding the health benefits of their CBD/CBG products, but also falsely represented that their claims were either scientifically proven or had been confirmed by the U.S. government.

Under the proposed orders settling FTC complaints in each of these cases, the companies and their owners are prohibited from making prevention, treatment, or safety claims similar to the ones the companies made about their products about any dietary supplements, foods, and drugs unless they have the human clinical testing to substantiate such claims, and are required to have competent and reliable scientific evidence for any other health-related product claims. Specifically, the testing must be: (1) randomized, double-blind, and placebo-controlled

And still you continue to make false claims ‘ weight of evidence that it works is overpowering’ and subjectively assessed all your ramping is‘ perfectly legal and above board, as it wouldn't have been for fraudulent purposes’.

Especially when the EU courts, the ASA and FTC say with no adequately controlled study to substantiate claim of any effect for Med3000 beyond a placebo is far from ‘overpowering’

The CAP Code required that objective claims, including medical claims for a CE-marked medical device, be backed by evidence,

What standards are applied to evidence? The position taken by the ASA is a tried and tested one which has developed over the course of many years. It reflects the opinion of the wider scientific and academic community, rather than judgements made solely by the ASA. There are many aspects that are taken into consideration when evidence is reviewed and each claim is judged on its merits alongside the evidence presented to support it. Evidence submitted for health claims should normally include at least one adequately controlled experimental human

Also every claim made by Futura on their websites and in any official RNS. All have disclaimers attached. They are not ‘FACTS’ as you falsely posted repeatedly on ADVFN. And yes that was ‘wrong’ as you said they were ‘FACTS’ and you have been giving zero disclaimers until now. Trying to backtrack and now say ‘according to Futura’. But again its you ‘ lying and obfuscating’ and now insinuating Futura are at fault. Yet they gave disclaimers. You did not!

‘ Certain statements in this Announcement are forward-looking statements, which include all statements other than statements of historical fact and which are based on the Company's expectations, intentions and projections regarding its future performance, anticipated events or trends and other matters that are not historical facts. These forward-looking statements may use words such as "aim", "anticipate", "believe", "could", "may", "intend", "estimate", "expect" and words of similar meaning. By their nature, all forward-looking statements involve risk and uncertainty because they relate to future events and circumstances which are beyond the control of the Company’

And as I said, LiarBO, I'm doing nothing wrong by quoting things from Eroxon.com, according to Futura. So again, stop lying and obfuscating. It must be horrible for you to have to read all that good stuff about MED3000, which you have made your life's mission to bring down. However, the weight of evidence that it works is overpowering, so you're trying to create smokescreens, false trails and straw man arguments. Unfortunately for you, you're in a party of one, apart from your irrelevant lapdog Glavey.

Petroc I suggest you click on the terms of use at the bottom of the Eroxon website you keep ramping on ADVFN. You will see it brings the reader to Futura own website disclaimers. As they clearly state the website is under the control of Futura Medical. Yet again you have demonstrated you have no understanding of what you are doing. When you keep ramping a website that has not been referenced in any official Futura RNS. But unlike you. It still gives all the necessary disclaimers.

So it seems you are also now admitting you have not even read the term and conditions link on the Eroxon website. As you didn’t even know its a link to Futura’s disclaimers. Yet you still continue to ramp it anyway giving zero disclaimers.

Petroc have you not read the disclaimers attached to that website you keep linking? You may not permanently copy or reproduce any part of the contents of the pages on this website without Futura's prior written permission Prohibited uses You must use the website only for lawful uses and you agree and warrant that you will not use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

MED3000 is a breakthrough, fast-acting gel produced by Futura Medical’s transdermal DermaSys drug delivery technology. It is CE marked in Europe and CA marked in the UK, signifying it has been assessed to meet high safety and environmental protection requirements as a clinically proven topical treatment for adult men with ED helping them get an erection within 10 minutes.
FM71 results are highly positive, in line with data generated in the previous study and broadly comparable with results from a recent ‘real world’, home use study.
Data that has already been accumulated shows MED3000 is an effective treatment option with a rapid onset of action and a favourable risk versus benefit profile ideally suited for over the counter (OTC) classification.' hxxps://www.labiotech.eu/trends-news/futura-medical-med3000-treatment-for-erectile-dysfunction-gets-positive-results-from-clinical-trial/

ROFLMAO

The rampers are now admitting they are only making misleading claims on the internet to try to convince the naive to buy shares. But when MED3000 is on on sale they wont be making the same misleading and unsubstantiated claims!?

Don’t mislead consumers materially

Rule 3.1 states that “Marketing communications must not materially mislead or be likely to do so”

15 Ways to Spot Stock Discussion Board Rampers

One slimy character in particular to be vigilant of is the omnipresent stock ramper. S/he can be found on almost every discussion board / forum and too many times investors can make bad buy decisions by following the ramper’s misguided advice.

Remember, the anonymity of the Internet should make you skeptical of what anyone says if you don’t know who they are. Before making a buy or sell decision on a stock, make sure you are dealing with a reliable source. And if that source is an anonymous stock forum poster, that source is rarely reliable.

Seems Petroc the proven liar cant even keep up with all his lies anymore! LOL

He posted on ADFVN it was a ‘FACT’ that MED3000 is ‘Clinically Proven’ and he gave no disclaimers. He also has posted the link to an Eroxon website which appears to be directed at prospective customers. I note Futura have never linked this website in any of their RNS. Seems only the rampers are marketing it all over the internet to be seen by prospective customers.

'Consumers can claim it was all a marketing swindle to try and get them to part with more money blah blah blah...' I don't know what planet LiarBO is on but as yet there aren't any MED3000 consumers and nobody has parted with any money for the product. Why does LiarBO keep posting obvious lies like this? As far as I'm concerned he can keep doing it - everyone reading his anti-FUM propaganda can clearly see what a lying, manipulating stock basher he is. Lies, lies, lies, posted hundreds of times over to try and convince people he's correct. What a fool.
