22/9/2022 18:51 | Consumers can claim it was all a marketing ‘swindle&rsquo As MED3000 is just a class 2 medical device which still cannot substantiate any effect beyond a placebo in any adequately controlled study. Yet Oral PDE5Is can substantiate an effect beyond a placebo and have a proven mode of action. MED3000 main competitors are always going to be just other similar class 2 medical devices. Like arousal gels or cooling lubricants which can replicate every action of MED3000. Nobody can even substantiate the supposed ‘magic’ mode of action by ‘evaporative cooling’ to supposedly treat ED!? LOL whether it be the placebo effect, evaporation, or just, well, mechanical stimulation Trinity Research even admit the hypothesised effects ’believed&rsqu Trinity research: Presumably the effect is comparable to the cold-induced vasodilation (CIVD) that occurs with extremities such as toes and fingers. Despite being a well-known effect, the mechanisms of CIVD are still disputed, but the pathways involved could well be similar. Interestingly, the precise mechanism of action does not need to be elucidated for the regulators to be comfortable for a product to be approved as medical device There is no evidence for the evaporative mode of action from the clinical trials. To show that the evaporation is what makes MED3000 work, you'd need to compare it to a non-evaporative gel | lbo
22/9/2022 18:31 | LOL More like ‘only a mug’ or ‘Mr Gullible’ would believe the inadequately controlled research that claims a gel made of alcohol and water is a ‘magic’ non placebo treatment for ED. They might not need to substantiate these claims to just get a medical device registered. But they will need to be able to substantiate them to the EU courts, the ASA and the FTC. A product that contemporary technology does not understand must establish that this ‘Magic’ actually works. Proof is what separates an effect new to science from a swindle . . . . If a condition responds to treatment, then selling a placebo as if it had therapeutic effect directly injures the consumer. FTC v. QT, Inc., 512 F.3d 858, 862-63 (7th Cir. So how long before some of the men who buy MED3000 will claim they were misled? As there were no adequately controlled studies to substantiate any effect beyond a placebo. Sooner or later many man who buy MED3000 will realise it was a ‘swindle&rsquo | lbo
22/9/2022 16:52 | Many others 'risk it' because yet again in FM71 it Oral PDE5I drugs were proven more effective then even just a placebo gel. And maybe they even consider it a risk to use Med3000 and forego all the other benefits of Viagra! https://www.acc.org/ | lbo
22/9/2022 16:46 | They ‘risk it’ because they are young and take even higher risks with alcohol etc! They want something they feel is effective and discreet. The same reason why some even take twice the recommended dose! These young men dont want a messy indiscreet gel that they then have to explain their need for a goopy gel or the ‘performance anxiety’ to their one night stand or new partner! LOL | lbo
22/9/2022 16:31 | Yet more problems LBO Hope you don't take too many of them LBO ! However, experts advise that it is not suitable for everyone, including individuals with serious heart or liver problems, recent stroke or heart attack victims and people with low blood pressure. WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS? Common side effects may include headaches, hot flushes, nausea, indigestion, dizziness and a stuffy nose. More serious possible side effects are painful erections (especially if they last for more than two hours), seizures and chest pain. An allergic reaction is also possible Why risk all this ?? | mikethebike4
21/9/2022 19:11 | Oh, diddums, LiarBO! Wouldn't mummy edit your last post for you so you threw your toys out of the pram and deleted the whole thing instead? Good job I took a copy and posted it so that everyone could see what a semi-literate fool you are. Further proof in your last post too. 'At beat'? Just stick to your copy/pasting other people's words, eh. Then you can blame them when your predictions all turn out to be rubbish. | petroc
21/9/2022 18:36 | Actually its a terrible one. With no proven effect beyond a placebo. It doesn’t even have any enforceable patent. The final realisation will eventually come when Med3000 fails to generate any real revenues for FUM shareholders. Just like Pet500 and CSD500 before. At best all Futura has done is created a new OTC regulatory category for lubricants/arousal gels in men with Psychogenic ED. Allowing Reckitt etc to exploit the equivalence route and sell lubricants/arousal gels as medical device placebo treatment for ED. And report MED3000 to the ASA, FTC etc for being misleading if it doesn’t inform consumers that MED3000 itself has no proven effect beyond a placebo. As Med3000 has not proven any efficacy in any adequately controlled placebo controlled study or even against any standard cooling lubricant/arousal gels already on the market. ˜You are the active ingredient’ Reckitt Benckiser was the defined leader and the ultimate four Personal lubricant vendors with leading brands such as Durex Play and K-Y Jelly. 21/9/2022 17:31 | 'Someday you will understand Mile that most young men today are very happy happy experimenting with a discreet yet proven drug rather then a goopy placebo gel. Despite what Mike is repeating several times a day. MED3000 is not a competitor to oral PDE5I drugs.' Just thought I'd grab a copy before LiarBO gets mummy to edit it for him. | petroc
21/9/2022 17:28 | Crikey! LiarBO actually strung a few words of his own together instead of his usual copy/paste nonsense. You can see why he doesn't normally do it though - it was semi-literate and embarrassing. | petroc
21/9/2022 16:38 | patent protection overdue RNS oct, along with other news file paper's ect 40 p placing 2021 share price should not go lower ? good RNS is wanted if not will go down, revenue should be on bal sheet now. | black bird |
