23/4/2011 09:20 | Broke out from a two month trading range on Thursday. No news, must have been the good weather. Lots of drinking this weekend in Fuller's pubs. Roll on the wedding, the summer and next years Olympics. | fundementals
28/6/2010 10:08 | Summer is here at long last could be a good year for brewers. | mitzis
20/6/2010 21:23 | The latest Investors Chronicle (18 June) tips this share as a buy at 576p and had an interesting narrative - so I checked out the numbers for this company expecting them to back up the story. Unfortunately, the figures seem pretty disappointing. I struggled to get a valuation anywhere near 500p. So for now, the company seems to be overvalued. | jeavom
11/6/2010 18:49 | mitzis - a bit of a loner on this thread? A couple of very sizeable trades at 15:30 today bodes well. These are still a good buy in my view, even with todays rise. | dorsetlad

11/3/2008 07:51 | this must be a good buy for share holders as managers have been told to make postions smaller so they can screw up punters even more. | vfleetsons@aol.com
17/10/2007 12:59 | Scottish & Newcastle in talks with Heineken. | mitzis
13/9/2007 20:16 | Every 5 years or so I believe chopshs or even longer. The Brewery at Chiswick must be worth £ 230 mills alone. | mitzis
13/9/2007 13:54 | mitzis - that would be good. Do you know how often the FSTA property portfolio is valued? Is it in the books at current value or at an historic value or cost? | chopshs

25/7/2007 09:52 | Indie says hold. | mitzis
21/6/2007 16:18 | When the Park Royal brewery in Dublin is up for sale for £2billion you can imagine what the Chiswick site is worth plus the value of their public houses in the London area the capital value far exceeds the market value of £250mills. | mitzis
21/6/2007 15:19 | Anyone got access to the full accounts? If so, exactly how many of each class of shares is in issue? Trying to work out the proper market capitalisation which, at about the reported £250 million or so, seems to be based on the quoted "A" shares only. As for GuyThomas, forget it. Such unsophisticated thinking will lead to burnt fingers. Maybe there will be a short-term downturn in the share price, but anyone who is going to dump such a solid stock as FSTA (with a fantastic portfolio of undervalued properties in London) needs their head examined. | glenowen |
