Treasury Shares 
 
   As highlighted in the Interim Results for the period to 30 June 2016, on 
22 September 2015 the Company announced it had purchased 28,152,143 new 
Ordinary Shares which are held in Treasury. 
 
   These Ordinary Shares are available to be sold to meet investor demand 
and provide the Company with additional capital to take advantage of its 
attractive pipeline. 
 
   Before any such Ordinary Shares are sold, the Company will make an 
announcement including details of the sale price.  Any sale price would 
be determined at the time and would be at a premium to the relevant Net 
Asset Value.
