Results of Court Meeting and EGM
Finsaga plc is pleased to announce that at the Court Meeting and the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, both resolutions
proposed, as set out in the notices of each meeting included in the circular dated 6 June 2008, received the requisite majorities.
Accordingly, the proposed return of approximately £13.7 million of cash to shareholders by way of a Scheme of Arrangement (the "Return") and
the de-listing of ordinary shares from AIM ("De-Listing") have been approved.
The expected timetable for the Return and De-Listing is as previously announced but completion of the Return remains subject to, among
other things, sanction of the Scheme of Arrangement by the Court.
