If the shates spike to 40 on positive Spanish news do we sell as may drift in no more news short term? And many are in for this news?

Yes andrea, more significant is 8m buys this morning without a price movement. Expect an update pretty soon now. Surprised nothing has leaked though, if the Spanish deal had happened i would expect news to sneak out, too many people would be in the know to keep it quiet ?

1 share deal posted on ISDX just now. Normally a MM signal to other MM's that news is imminent.

IMHO, DYOR, GLA.

Come on andrea, you are starting to sound like LSE :-)

How can you sneak through a buy when it's plastered all over ISDX ? :-)

all my buy through Barclays go via ISDX however small or large.

Steve Larratt's recent prognostications on LSE and Twitter about FCR luk interesting - (if not entirely accurate in my view) and 10m buy yesterday and 5m delayed buy last Friday show some confidence in the Company, if nothing else. They are being sneaked through on Level 2 & ISDX as well, so the MM's are obviously wanting to obfuscate the situation, for their own gains.

Not sure why Justin keeps booking podcasts ? he never has much to say and the guy doing the interviewing is a dork. Anything that needs to be said could and should be said in a RNS. I dont find these podcasts very professional TBH. I don't think they do the company any favours but the idiots on FSE seem very excited :).

Always the negative waves Moriarty. It will all come out in the wash over the next 2 years anyway.

Like Oddball, I'm just catching some rays, drinking some wine and eating a little cheese. Wuff wuff wuff - that's my dog impersonation !

I don't think serious people do, i don't even have an account, Unfortunately the herd that will drive this up and then back down are not in this because its a good company or they have done DD, they are in because its being hyped on social media by people who have spent £10k and and are openly discussing what they will do with their millions. It just puts a different light on your strategy even short term as it will probably spike and collapse, thats all i am saying.

I was under the impression all shares were hyped and especially Aim shares.

You'd be hard pressed to find one that isn't. I thought serious people didn't take any notice of Twitter?

I agree reference hype its getting ridiculous!
I expect that there would have been some legal tie in to GQ that they can't sell it on, the MAFI part of the deal has been done so its only the Crestgate bit that we are waiting for, looking at research MAFI has already had there funds!

The whole thing is riding on hype on LSE and Twitter etc. Strip all that away and we have an unknown quantity really. I may be completely wrong but could Goldcrestt have had a better offer now this has been brought to the public eye ? Has the collapse of the £ against the $/€ pushed costs up ? Either way it now rides on the podcast next week i would think. Personally i can live with delays if we get an end result but the sheer stupidity of the way this is talked up and the level of expectation now by social media and on other forums means this could spike and collapse or just collapse because it doesnt reach the crazy prices/expectations being banded about.

Dont know what to say...
I'm just not up on the happenings in SA and cant find much online.
On the face of it i think Moonlight is still the flagship and Toral is a side show while we wait for the BFS min 2019. I get the impression Toral is a buy, update the jorc and sell. A flipper as pat would say. I'm not sure the company is set up to do much else TBH, certainly not develope a mine.
Its very hard to cut away the hype here at the moment, too many over excited people hanging about looking for a quick kill especially on fse :-)

that said as i say i really don't know but i think if there was anything going on in SA we would be getting rumours at least and the share price would be reacting ?? We do need to know really because it makes a huge difference where you set, if you set an exit point on news from Spain.

Think Kumba is the most likely taker for Moonlight. Their own mine at Thabazimbi is out of mine life and they will shortly hav a lot of unemployed miners if they don't do something soon. Also Their parent Co Anglo American have put them up for sale, so they will need to survive on their own & need a new asset to do so. Its all about keeping it in S Africa, for the S Africans - that's the way it works over there.

Arcelor Mittal and Hebbei are also in the background and who knows, BVI/Ovation might even come up wiv some real money - doubt it though.

Zinc and Toral are the REAL attractions with this company going forward though and the chance to build a significant new Mid Tier, quoted Global Zinc Company is not something to be sniffed at. Much like Ed Nealon did wiv Aquarius and Platinum 10 yrs ago.........

DYOR, IMHO GLA.

It looks like the big players are stocking up on there inventories and snapping up small companies, but would be happy with a JV and let them fund it and just be in it for the ride. But as you said once GQ is announced i think we will get an update on Moonlight of what exactly is going on.

I hope you are right Sam it just seems with steel prices in a slump it's not the time to develop and open a new mine ? That said i have no idea of the real ins and outs involved so its quite likely i am completely wrong :-)
I wish we had some sort of teaser or clue to work on from JT.

From my perspective as a MAFL shareholder I just cannot see why MAFL are giving the Toral prospect away at such a discounted price, albeit will still have an indirect interest via the 100ml FCR shares.

My view is that we won't complete the BFS the value over there will be known soon as AA give us the details which i expect they already have and this will follow once GQ news announced & let the day traders and short term traders cash up and go.
If we were to continue down the BFS which was originally to complete by 2017 yes you are right we would have to give 40% away to them, but i feel this will not be the case and true value will be 100% to FCR.
I think they will sell it but as mentioned before the more attractive they can make it the better the price, i reckon this Moonlight project will be where the serious rise in share price will be. Time will tell of course but not long to wait now hopefully to get this catalyst in the share price we have been waiting so long for!

Tend to agree with Blackie
Most AIM stocks start out as great ideas and do well for a short while. Reality sets in pretty quick and then they become damage limitation and most holders are pleased to just get their money back.

I'm not going to argue because we really don't know. strangely i see the value here as Toral, i dont see any value in Moonlight simply because its been impossible to get financial backing for it over the years and that to me reflects its value. Didnt they give 40% away anyway ?? Even now they are talking 2019 just to get the BFS done. the share price now is almost at an all time low even with Toral news hoped for soon. By the time this BFS is complete this will have been running 10 years with no investor return at all so far. The future lies with Toral, i doubt I will live long enough to see Moonlight return me a profit. JT wants to give shareholder value ? well he needs to get this above the 1p this was 3 years ago first, anything after thqt will be a bonus.

Get your calculator out and do the Maths Pat. I have. That's why I bought the shares for the long term. I'm also only valuing Moonlight at 1% of the metal in the ground, and nothing for Julietta, which is VERY conservative.

If you actually work out the numbers using full DCF analysis, it comes out a 70p/ share for both projects - but I didn't want to spur people into too much optimism, or think I was mad. The market will never give this, but it sets a target.

In short, I believe that FCR is another potential Aquarius Platinum, which Ed Nealon took from 7p to £17/share at one point.

DYOR, IMHO, GLA.
