I have lowered my target for patviera's flagship, EKT to sub 1p now. Second year in a row they have had to raise money to get their accounts signed off. Doooooomed.

?

When did this stock place billions of shares?

Are you refering to the RNS that states a meeting will be held about the possible placing of 500 million shares?

I think your deluded, they will place 500 million shares for a few very good reasons.

You know this, thats why you want to buy back in after selling @ .24

Maybe you have missed the boat, I'm hoping you have.

Onwards and upwards

.19tgt?

Time will tell.

Good luck to all and future holders

Certainly buying this when he said sell at .24 would have been a smart move Ratty. I will unban him soon but all he will do is call this down until he has bought in again then he will talk it back up. Its pretty predictable and adds nothing to the thread TBH.

Good. Although Patveira is a good contrarian indicator. I follow his whinging on this site and usually trade the stuff he says sell.

But it is becoming tiresome. However, if banning him affects my profits I might have to request his reinstatement.

UK house prices increased by nine per cent in the year to March 2016, up from 7.6 per cent in the year to February 2016, according to the Office for National Statistics.

House price annual inflation was 10.1 per cent in England - driven largely by London, where prices rose 13 per cent in the year. Prices rose 6.4 per cent in Northern Ireland and 2.1 per cent in Wales. However Scotland is suffering deflation of 6.1 per cent.

I need to see a doctor do i...lol Face it pat you called it wrong again.

Anyway this is an FCR thread for FCR holders and FCR content posts please..

Most global markets have crashed at least 20 pct some 30pct
On average the fall will be 60pct from peak to trough
I've been very right and this will continue

andrea, i think you are right and they will centralise round europe before too long.
You know 8 months ago patviera forecast an imminent crash in world stock exchanges of 70% . If he got it wrong he promised to never post again. anyone spotted a crash of 70% ? He told everyone to get into cash and he even sold his house and went into rented accommodation in preparation.Of course we didn't have a crash and house prices are rising at record rates. I really don't think you have anything sensible to offer us here patviera.

Yep, the placing has been done and completed. Its a legal document.

Gud to see Zinc, lead & Silver prices continuing to firm, whilst Iron Ore steady at $56 after recent stellar run. All good conditions for selling /JV'ing Moonlight and exercising Goldquest option.

Shame we've attracted so many day traders, but I guess it helps to improve liquidity - which was dire prior to the recent placing.

Still not sure y we need an ASX and JSE listing, as well as AIM, when the vast majority of shareholders r now based in the UK and r UK tax-payers ? Seems like a lot of extra cost, for no return.

Will these new 500m shares still be issued at .13 when our share price is double that ?
Seems to me they could halve the dilution here.

The US$33m Justin mentions in the Podcast, for Moonlight, would be equivalent to 1.64p per share, with shares then in issue of 1.383bn. (Assuming further 100m shs allocated to Goldquest as per option agreement).

This is without any notional credits for Spanish Asset,(2.3bn lbs of ZN @ US$0.86/lb) or cash raised in the recent placing. DYOR. IMHO. GLA.
