21/5/2015 07:18 | Reading todays RNS confirms that the financing deal is getting very close to reality. From what I take it the company will wait for the permit to be granted before announcing the finance deal and DFS report. Let's all hope that the TOGO government get back to work and have the permit issued soon. (JUNE was the companies target if not mistaken) | sashimi
20/5/2015 17:16 | Agreed Clock, I know of one or two "long term holders" who have indeed sold and move on until news is due here, we will know when they are back in as the uptick in posts will start. Fair play if they are trading successfully though! | the count of monte_cristo
20/5/2015 14:31 | FRX has tested the weak...the strong will be rewarded | jagzoil
20/5/2015 14:21 | Clearly a few got bored with holding on and the price slipped on small volume but today we are seeing the rise once again on small volume, so the moment that accelerates, and we get some good news the stock should outperform by a considerable margin as the directors interests are aligned with the small stakeholders, unlike so many companies. DYOR the clock is ticking as news must be getting closer. | clocktower
20/5/2015 12:31 | Clock - spot on. | jagzoil
20/5/2015 11:49 | Risk to reward this seems as good as it gets bearing in mind that funds were secured at not a lot less than the current mid-price. Any good news from here should result in hyper jump imo. | clocktower
20/5/2015 11:05 | i believe we'll see the finance and DFS before the permit, next week? Early june maybe!Good times ahead | jagzoil
20/5/2015 10:05 | Hi Jag, Do you think it is likely that the finance agreement will precede the granting of the license ? - I guess it could do, but, it would surely be dependent upon the license being issued . Regards Steve | cyprussteve
19/5/2015 17:06 | DFS / MOU in finance for mine then permits | jagzoil
19/5/2015 16:51 | Really what news are we due? | the count of monte_cristo

05/5/2015 10:25 | Looking at the FCR rns PMI is forking out $12m for a Bankable study. Hence, a very high risk cause the outcome is unknown. Here, at Ferrex the company is about to conclude and announce the results of the Bankable study. Hence, anyone coming on board her has much less risk. The more agreements/results/p | sashimi
05/5/2015 09:03 | Interesting RNS over at FCR today.... | the count of monte_cristo
04/5/2015 14:33 | SashMight get an update this week. Permit nextTerm sheet implemented "where a large stake sold at a substantial premium to current share price"Looking good | cammy3
30/4/2015 11:50 | Sas - it says anticipated, however i can confirm that the DFS will be ready once finalised and the mining permit situation becomes more clearer, for that we need the minister ready and eyeing over the docs. News can be hit all together so get the top ups in now imo | jagzoil
30/4/2015 10:59 | The last RNS stated that the Bankable Study would be issued by the end of April. However, they have not. Maybe next Tuesday. | sashimi
29/4/2015 11:17 | sashi, Oopsie, my mistake, I'll edit. Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/4/2015 10:51 | Edgein- not sure why say the price was at 2p when financing option was announced. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this was quoted by the company around Feb '15. The share price was close to the current levels. | sashimi
29/4/2015 09:45 | Cammy, That's interesting as the share price was 0.6p at the time. I guess the premium was not only for the hundreds of $m of Manganese at Nayega, but also they'd get exposure to Mebaga and also this: "The Company also holds the Malelane Iron Ore concession in eastern South Africa. A Scoping Study on Malelane has demonstrated its potential to produce 1.8Mtpa of beneficiated ore per year, with initial capital expenditure of $139m, a payback of 1.9 years, a Net Present Value of US$523m (10% discount rate) and a 16.6 year life-of-mine." Regards, Ed. | edgein
29/4/2015 05:51 | Permit issued them term sheet signedExtract from Feb RNS on term sheet they've received At the same time, the Company continues to progress discussions with numerous parties regarding the potential financing of the entire production project at Nayega. The Company intends to enter into an MOU in the near future with one or more preferred parties to finalise these discussions. In particular, one party has progressed to providing a term sheet to Ferrex which, if the transaction was concluded would see an equity investment into the Company at a significant premium to the Issue Price in return for a substantial stake in the Company. | cammy3
29/4/2015 05:47 | Definitely good news for FRX. Now lets hope they will issue the permit soon. | sashimi |
