Some news from Yooya yesterday:

Yooya’s CMO, John Steere further added, “tools such as Yooya’s ecommerce connectors give us a competitive edge in not only helping our clients increase awareness and engagement of their brands along the customer’s path to purchase, but also in ultimately driving conversion—the holy grail of all digital marketing."

Shame FFWD's price is not being driven northwards! Very disappointing performance to say the least. At this rate Lorne and team will not have the high share price needed to obtain the incentive options.

It's a field with huge potential it has to be said. Doodlebug you seem to be very enthusiastic regards Leap now. Are you sure you haven't just become a 'closet gamer' lol?

Although it may seem as though there is nowhere to go next when it comes to gaming, the great thing about this niche is that there is always something on the horizon. The latest trend in gaming is virtual reality, but gone are the days of bulky headsets and heavy, wired gloves. Today, virtual reality is much more hi-tech but low on the equipment. Lightweight and comfortable headsets instead of a full mask and thin gloves instead of big, heavy ones are the order of the day. And it might even be possible for nanotech technology to be part of the VR world.
It’s exciting stuff indeed.

Tenniselbow, Lorne Abony put quite a sizeable amount of cash into the last placing at 15p and even with his considerable wealth the current share price must be causing him some aggravation.

Jim Mellon has spent a lot of time promoting his views on Brexit and he has just hosted another successful Master Investor Show, well done Jim - now if you would please turn your attention to FFWD the long term investors here would be very grateful! It's all very well writing another book, but it would be good while you are so busy if we got the impression that someone else in the office was taking care of the business.

Actually I was thinking the same. I'm sitting tight still but can see the sense in stocking up..year end selling will soon die back. IMO.

Plenty of negative sentiment around.. the perfect contrarian buy signal.

I agree with some of your comments rjbrown, but not others. "Key personnel left last year", why? = perhaps something to do with the fact that the non-exec Director who left was 75. The investments are very aligned to Director's personal interests - very true and to me that makes a lot of sense, rather than being a negative.

You have asked a lot of questions there which perhaps you should have asked before you invested in the company and surely you must know that when you invest in a venture capital company there are risks involved.

Good luck with wherever you decide to invest your money, it's a minefield out there - but I'm sure you realise that. :-)

I'm out. Reasons =

Current share price = NAV 11.8 million. Current NAV = 11.2 million given increases in Factom, Satoshi Pay.

Concerned re Leap IPO and expected valuation. RNS April 16 = $245,000 annual revenue to Dec 15. If current annual income doubled. e.g $O.5 million dollars. Then would need to IPO on PE ratio of approx 20 to be listed for 10 million dollars = £8 million = £3.2 million to FFWD - an increase of £0.5 million to FFWD. = NAV of 11.7 million = lower than current share price. What will share price be if no IPO.

Concerned re poor communication, no twitter update since Nov 16, poor blog. Key personel left last year ? why. ? will there be a placing around current or lower share price in future if no sales. Investments very aligned to directors personal interests.
What is actual motivation for FFWD ?

Concerned re longer term viability of some other investments. Will they all succeed - will sales be realised ? yooya, factom - could be good but video in china very fragmented and v.competitive and many providers.

Possibly a long term investment - but at risk and need to think 2-3 time frame minimum. If holding on for Leap IPO might be similar to Schoold. There may be better alternative sources of investment in the longer term.

Should have read in earlier post re LEAP -''hard to believe that it will NOT be at a premium to NAV when it IPO's. Anyway probably crazy but just added another 50,179 @ 8,95. This share could seriously affect my impending retirement - is it Bognor or Bermuda?

I don't blame anyone for selling right now and it's about time Lorne Abony released an RNS to stem the bleeding. We will be hitting the first placing price of 8p at this rate. Flash did an interesting comparison to a football team on this thread a few months ago and it's the sign of a good football manager when he can turn results around when things are not going well - it's time the CEO started to turn things around here, enough is enough.

Well said MM. There are 2 parties at least to a deal and you can't necessarily control the timing. When deals are being done it is commercially sensitive and unhelpful to give a running commentary. They can't make news UP and it will be released at the appropriate time.FFWD has been in existence for only a short period of time so exercise some patience if you believe in what they are trying to achieve.

i,m sure lorne and the board want this at a higher price to please everyone but sometimes these things dont work out, they cant control the market, yes they could give us more news but why jump the gun, it will be released when its good and ready, in my view its just a case of just sit tight and wait for the good news if we believe in the ffwd story ,

Good luck roofer. Seems quite a few falls across the market today. End of tax year syndrome perhaps, as suggested earlier?

It's quite frustrating to see the share price down at these levels. You'd think Lorne, the BOD and also the big investors who participated in the last 15p placing will also be very disappointed to see these lows. The last two RNSs both seemed fine to me, just not the fanfare some investors had been expecting. Need to see how the story unfolds, it's too early to tell just yet how the well our portfolio will grow. There are some green shoots already, the potential is very good indeed in the longer term. I wish I could buy more at 9.5p but I'm up to the hilt now. I'm a long term holder here but nevertheless, the paper losses aren't looking too good! Patience is the thing needed here, in large measures. I really liked doodlebug's recent comment about putting share certificates away in the bottom drawer and leaving them in there for 2-3 years. That's exactly what I need to do here!

Probably mad but have taken another 97115 this morning @9.5p. perhaps misguidedly still believe in the long term potential although some positive news in the short term would be nice. Did we really close at 13.375 on the 7th of March?!!
