The following transaction was notified to the Company yesterday.

Transaction: on 15 May 2008 acquisition of common shares on the exercise of stock options at US$0.37 per share
as follows:

A J Williams - acquired 125,000 common shares of no par value. Total of 850,000 (0.28%) common shares of no par
value now held.

W G Kennedy - acquired 100,000 common shares of no par value. Total of 100,000 (0.03%) common shares of no par
value now held.

B D Rayment - acquired 50,000 common shares of no par value. Total of 100,000 (0.03%) common shares of no par
value now held.

Application has been made for the 275,000 common shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with admission
expected to take place on 23 May 2008.
