22/11/2013 11:40 | Phoenixs, "2K has been run by a complete idiot"?!? I think you need to substitute "2K" for the name of another company. And were you to do so, you might also want to exchange the word "idiot" for something far, far stronger. | sandy foundation
22/11/2013 10:36 | Somehow I do not think the game is over. The RNS of this morning came as no surprise. 2K has been run by a complete idiot whose hubris resulted in not doing what 2k should have been doing and that was producing flatsheets. Unfortunately the ENRT board, for reasons only known to themselves, trusted this chap to deliver until it was too late to do anything about it. That is now in the past. The one good decision that ENRT made during this disastrous period was to bring Lee Clayton on board. He was appointed CEO earlier in the year and I believe that he has really brought a sense of realism and direction to what ENRT is about and what it needs to do to bring the commercial deals to fruition. It will not be easy but I for one am prepared to give this guy a chance. | phoenixs

The directors are in advanced stages of negotiation with potential lenders and expect to conclude funding arrangements on acceptable terms in the near future." Further massive dilution in prospect | gemstar2

14/10/2013 10:02 | Auditors state "The company requires additional long term funding to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future. The directors are in advanced stages of negotiation with potential lenders and expect to conclude funding arrangements on acceptable terms in the near future." Capitalized at £ 6m Oxford Capital have apparently invested £6m in the past year | gemstar2
13/10/2013 19:46 | You can hear the death-watch beetle queuing at the door here. After 12 years or more as a listed co in a couple of guises this thing is raking around rock bottom. Look, the clue is here in the H1 results - £99k sales, £2.2m operating loss. "Administrative expenses incurred in the day to day running of the business were GBP0.63 million". It costs 9 times revenue just to run the co. But they are doing beggar all - makes you wonder how it costs £600k to do nothing hardly imo. Finance costs are 3 x revenues. Just imagine the number of shares they would need to issue to get a fundraising away - if it's possible these days? And this is Comedy Club imo: "The board recognises that as the demands on the business increases there will be a need to have some lower level management to facilitate the necessary growth. Therefore we expect to adopt a recruitment strategy to provide the level of resources to meet the business needs going forward. " At least they have a sense of humour to keep them going :-) CR | cockneyrebel
