How about a stock exchange enquiry into the professional conduct of the officers of the company including past and present directors as well as the nomad. The shareholders of this company have been screwed and I would like to know why. I would be most interested to know of the relationships, if they exist, between directors, former directors and Oxcap. Who are the people behind Oxcap? Were there alternatives which were turned down/rejected and why? What was the role of the company secretary in ERT? Was there a conflict of interest in that role and if so how was it managed? How did the company continue to pay its way even though there was little income? What were the costs to ENRT for office space and what entity did the money go to? Most importantly of all, was the company trading insolvently? If so why and why was it not stopped?
Unfortunately AIM companies and small companies don't matter to those in the seats of real power sitting in their ivory towers. Exactly as it is everywhere. If you owe the banks billions they do deals, if you owe them thousands they bankrupt you if they can't get the money back.
So it is most probably brush it all under the carpet and let's move on. That is, I suppose, how it all works.

Missed Patent

I'll leave you to look at the most recent documents starting from 07/10/15 where EPO offers the possibility of grant if ENRT are prepared to accept the proposed modifications. ENRT requests a 2 month extension which is granted and now that limit has passed. The final document is a reminder of late payment of fees. Does not look good IMHO.

Either someone is buying 1m or 2m ENRT shares most days recently
or they are simply roll overs. The absence of any effect so far on the sp
points to the latter.

UK joint venture licensee for PIM established

Environmental Recycling Technologies plc (AIM: ENRT), the patent rights holder of the Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process, is pleased to announce that it has signed heads of terms with Metallis Recycling Limited ("MRL") an international metals recycler, to incorporate a joint venture company to which it intends to grant an exclusive licence for the manufacture and sale of PIM flat sheet for the UK market. ERT's PIM process converts mixed waste plastics into commercially viable products.

... Might help if they had a UKPO or EPO granted patent to grant exclusivity to Metallis for exploitation.

Bit of a shame, glad to be corrected, that they do not have one.

Environmental Recycling Technologies plc

UK joint venture licensee for PIM established

Environmental Recycling Technologies plc (AIM: ENRT), the patent rights holder of the Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") process, is pleased to announce that it has signed heads of terms with Metallis Recycling Limited ("MRL") an international metals recycler, to incorporate a joint venture company to which it intends to grant an exclusive licence for the manufacture and sale of PIM flat sheet for the UK market. ERT's PIM process converts mixed waste plastics into commercially viable products.

The joint venture will initially be owned 50% by MRL and 50% by ERT. ERT will grant the joint venture an exclusive UK licence to manufacture and sell PIM flat sheet in exchange for a knowledge transfer and licence fee of GBP1million. MRL will grant the joint venture an exclusive UK licence for the use of its proprietary technology in the field of plastics processing, for a knowledge transfer and licence fee of GBP1million. These licence fees will be paid in instalments as the joint venture company begins operation. MRL will fund the joint venture by way of a loan of up to GBP1million whilst seeking additional investors to fund the expansion of the facility.

ERT will also receive royalty payments on each PIM product manufactured and sold by the joint venture company.

Commenting on the announcements, Lee Clayton, Managing Director of ERT, said: "We are delighted to have established a joint venture with Metallis Recycling Limited to reintroduce flat sheet PIM board to the UK market. We have been looking for a partner who could take on the manufacture and supply of this sought after product and have actively decided upon a closer participation with our new flagship UK manufacturer so that we can contribute more actively to the business. We have spent the last year building a relationship with Mettalis Recycling and have carefully constructed a business plan that benefits our shareholders and our new partner. This announcement is in line with our business plan, which lays out ERT's focus to continue to form strong strategic cooperation with like-minded companies"

Commenting on the announcements, Tom Bird, Managing Director of MRL, said: "We are very excited about entering into this partnership with Environmental Recycling Technologies. This is the first major step for Mettalis with regard to our forward strategy of moving to diversify our business into innovative recycling solutions. This joint venture will complement another bespoke initiative which will see Mettalis at the forefront of metals and plastics recycling"

Falanx Protection may, however, terminate on three months' notice at any time during the first twelve months. Upon termination Falanx Protection is free, subject to payment of any applicable royalties, to sell or dispose of the Licensed Products how it chooses. The ENRT Agreement does not provide specific information about the patents, if any, which may have been granted in relation to the Licensed Technology in the licensed territories. As such, to the extent that no patent has been granted, no application is made and/or a patent is pending, Falanx Protection is reliant on the licensed know-how to exploit the rights granted under the ENRT Agreement.Falanx Protection has a right of first refusal to extend its licence beyond the anti-ballistic and anti- blast field of use. ENRT will consult with Falanx Protection free of charge in relation to the initial dissemination of the know-how. After this consultancy assistance will be provided at a rate of £650 per day plus expenses. In consideration for the grant of the licence, Falanx Protection has agreed to pay ENRT a licence fee of $100,000 in four instalments during 2013 and royalties equal to 5 per cent. of the net sales price of the Product supplied by Falanx Protection in the licensed territory bi-annually subject to an annual minimum royalty of $100,000 which is payable from 2014 onwards. ENRTNot forgetting Falanx."The bid for upgrade of ministerial buildings using our protective security blinds product in the Middle East which I mentioned previously has not yet moved forward. However, the requirement remains in place and we are optimistic that progress will be made over the coming months."http://www.falanxgroup.com/documents/falanx-admission-document.pdf?1"Falanx Protection has also been granted an exclusive licence by Environmental Recycling Technologies Plc ("ENRT") to use the intellectual property and know-how in its Powder Impression Moulding ("PIM") plastics technology in the manufacture of anti-blast and anti-ballistic protective blinds and similar applications within this field of use in certain territories within MENA. An initial licence fee is payable to ENRT in 4 instalments of $25,000 (each payable during 2013) but this licence is otherwise on a royalty basis with a minimum royalty being payable from 2014 onwards. Subject to earlier termination, this licence is for a period of twenty years or, if after, until the expiration of the relevant patents on a country by country basis. ENRT has reported that licensees have conducted research into anti-ballistic and military applications. ENRT has also granted licences to One Delta Plc ("ONE") for the use of its PIM technology in the manufacture of blast and ballistic protective fencing and similar products. The Directors believe there will therefore be applications for the use of PIM in the manufacture of ballistic protective blind panels.Details of these two licences are summarised in paragraph 10 of Part VII of this Document.
