Thanks phoenixs, that suggests no immediate cash call from shareholders. If 2K manage to pay off their arrears as scheduled hopefully we will be OK for 6 months or so, but increased activity and recruitment of more staff/directors will surely increase monthly cash burn.

times104.

Lee Clayton did not beat around the bush.

They have 5 companies with whom they are in serious discussions, not hot air as in the past.
He said that his strengths are in project management and development. This means presenting to interested parties a full turn key operation ready to go. This entails having a manufacturing company producing the machinery to produce the product. They also have a very good relationship with Arup. This will be key when in negotiations with "blue chip" operations and also in areas of the world where ERT will find it impossible logistically to operate due to lack of size, personel, experience etc.
Lee Clayton has said that he has now taken on full responsibilty and that he is determined to succeed. He said that HE will be answerable to shareholders if he does not meet targets and expectations.
The servicing of the debt is about £90000 per annum which is being paid regularly and is up to date. There are no other creditors aside from the debt of £2.4m. There will be some key middle management appointments to take the business further particularly in the USA where solid progress is being made.
These appointments will be made by Lee Clayton.
The R&D operation is fully running and it is expected that a research graduate will be employed to run it.
The cash burn is about £60,000 per month and whilst revenues from existing business do not at present meet this, they have money in the bank and I think that this will take them through to the spring of 2014.
There is a long road ahead but I do believe that in the coming months there will be a marked improvement in the fortunes of ERT.

phoenixs, did anyone ask the question about further dilution? With virtually no revenue ENRT must be almost out of cash.

At the agm yesterday,
At last a proper ceo who knows what to do and how to achieve it. Lee Clayton understands product, ip and is working fast towards commercialisation. Prepared, unlike some others on the board, to take full responsibility for his actions or lack of action. Has a complete grasp of what is needed to make this a successful business. With Lee in control this business has the potential to finally do what it should have done years ago. MAKE MONEY!

the Financial Director must go. Absolutely useless. He should do the right thing and resign. NOW!

The "new" deputy chairman is not far off useless and I am relieved to see KB go to a non-ex role.

A new independent non executive director is being lined up. The sooner the better. If they had had one in place a few years ago, maybe we wouldn't have been in the mess which others have so successfully created. New NED needed now and not in 3 months or six months time.

I will be there at the agm. I look forward to hearing what is said.
Lee Clayton is the one I want to hear speak.I think he is the only one who actually tells is as it is and is to be believed, unlike the others.

Still having a hard bit when approaching 65 years of age should be a great comfort.
