With reference to Blackhurst. It's not unlike Tony Stiff CEO of Flowgroup. Took the share from over 40p to less than a penny in just over two years And guess what? He's still there as CEO sucking away at investors money

A bit of a mess , as expected. In fact a completely shambolic first year as a company. It's hard to see why these companies go public except to clean themselves up and let the first wave of investors make their killing. If you subscribed to this at 100p , you made a mistake.
Positives? The rating is low, the dividend will be paid.
The future? It looks like a grind with a bunch of regional businesses all with lots to do to create real value, their margins will tighten because I would imagine there must be a competitor or two who are sharper than these guys.
They have a lot of work to do to stand still. It looks like a business run by a bunch of installation engineers that will struggle unless they can get some leadership in there and some financial control and deliver.
Cash reserves are now low as well.
Is it all reflected in the shareprice? Probably. I'll hold for the time being though my gut feeling is that this will never reach a 100p again.

saw quite an encouraging item in 'Investors chronicle' - would hazard a guess we are near to the lowest.

It was the late 'no show' by the Directors to Davidosh's meeting set up for investors that unsettled me. Phew ! saved me some grief. Got out then with a v small loss.

Sorry for those nursing losses & dividend cut as well. Will not be reinvesting this time as I joined the party after the last plunge & Management credibility shaken now.

Following the recent company update I was surprised that IC maintained their BUY sentiment. There have been a number of significant events surrounding this company that suggest all is not well: Possible leaking of company information prior to announcement date, actual data release prior to pre-advised announcement date, the interim report suggesting loss of key staff, management not showing up for a shareholders / investors meeting and the only incentive to buy the shares being a unusually large dividend (a case of jam tomorrow?). Perhaps the market has woken up and smelt the coffee?

The meeting was set up then within three hours they cancelled it basically stating that they had a clash and the other meeting could not be changed !
I honestly think these guys are new to market and not very good at the communication one expects from listed companies particularly with regards to Private investors.
They have offered a meeting in September instead

hmmm - with the dividend on track for 8p this year, and some investors running for the hills because of the mixed results, and the share price having fallen by 30-40%, might not be a bad time to add now. downside should be limited from here.

Potentially there could be dilution.

But the upside would be that an acquisition could be earnings enhancing, and that present investors would own a smaller share of a larger whole.

The company has said it intends to grow through acquisition, and that the market is presently fragmented.

The recent Astley Facades acquisition cost £200K cash for a company at break even with a turnover of £12M pa.

That was some deal, and there may be other larger companies out there which may be struggling with cash flow, but have good products and a skilled workforce, which would do a lot better inside a larger organisation.

So overall I am not bothered about potential dilution.

SP bouncing back strongly today, meaning any investors selling out last couple of days are now very likely regretting their decision.

Markets and investors can be fickle at times. :-)

What happens is that when you get news voids in small illiquid co's, like ENTU for instance, you tend to get a small amount of bored and impatient investors who sell out.

The market makers then take full advantage of these situations and mark the shares down...

But all it creates is great buy points for investors that have done their homework and are willing to wait.
