I'm guessing one of the big shareholders doesn't want the company to flog assets at rock-bottom prices to pay off debts. Better for them to inject some cash and wait for the property market to recover and have a portfolio worth 40/50p a share.

Remember these were trading at 150p before the credit cruch hit.

jonny .im buying PAQ at present started a new thread in december 2009 got told there would be a nice acquisition.jan 14th rns about a corporate transaction .im buying again 2x250k yesterday and 200k today on plus.

so what has changed here, a few months ago they were flogging off assets for next to nothing and trying to do deals with the banks?

Looks like the controlling shareholder group are trying to take control, don't they have to make a bid if they increase their holding at this level? K.

With only 88M shares in issue the current mcap is under £3M!! peanuts IMO and of that 88M, 60M are held by directors leaving only 28M in freefloat
